I've always had to wear 2 long pads at night (and then sleep on a towel JUST IN CASE). I am so happy I tried these because there is finally a pad long enough to prevent overnight leaking! Being a thick pad, they aren't the most comfortable, but they do exactly what they're supposed to!

I have been using pads from this company for quite a long time, but recently you changed some of their ingredients to cheaper ones and added more fragrances, which is not good. Moreover, with such negative changes, the price remained the same. So now I will buy from another brand, with better quality. and I also do not recommend you to buy any product from this brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a plus sized woman so I usually buy the larger sized pads even for daytime, but overnight pads really are required at night - especially with wings. I experienced no irritation from these unscented pads. They were slightly thicker than what I have used in the past, but I still appreciated the protection they provided. I did not worry about leaking all night. I would use them again.

I’m so happy I received these just in time to try them while on my cycle. I have a very heavy flow and it’s not a good experience. Especially while I’m sleeping. I usually have to get several times at night to change the last pad I was using. They gave me little yo no protection. With these always 5 overnights I can feel confident that I will not have leaks.

I gave you a 1 for flexibility even though it should’ve been a 5. Why? Because they are flexible as heck so every time i move they move too and I bleed all over the place. The inventions of pads were great. They were created to keep us from bleeding everywhere but at this point I’d rather just bleed everywhere if they never stay in place. I don’t understand why you don’t make a stronger adhesive (making sure it doesn’t irritate our parts) or attach some tape! I bought these thinking these look similar to the ones at the hospital so I should fine. Epic fail! I have to make sure i have on tight underwear along with tights to try to hold it together. Figure something out! It’s not time for a new flexible pretty pad..it’s time for a pad that actually stickssssss to underwear…i just had a baby and this is my first period after birth…but I’ve dealing with this my entire life!

I purchased these Always overnight pads yesterday as I just started my monthly cycle. In the beginning, it seems to bleed heavier. I used it last night and it absorbed really well. I didn't have any stains on my panties either, which can be a problem with a thinner less absorbent pad. I will definitely repurchase these pads- and highly recommend them!

My period can be extremely heavy. I get a gush of blood every morning when I first stand up out of bed, and I used to wake up in the morning and try to walk to the bathroom with my legs squeezed together to hold that gush in and avoid ruining the carpet. I'm serious, if I didn't succeed, it was like I had peed myself but with blood. There was also one day at work (clothing retail) that I had to buy TWO new pairs of pants, as well as panties, because I soaked through twice. After that I started just bringing extra pants to work. I found these a little more than a year ago and haven't had a problem since. The extra length and the width in the back, combined with the incredible absorbency, can take anything my uterus throws at them. I have my period right now, and I have white sheets on my bed, and I am a very floppy sleeper, but my sheets are unblemished this morning.

I used these majorly after having my baby boy five months ago. I felt they supported me well through it. However aside from heavy moments, I feel like the wings don't really hold the pad in place too much. They are reliable pads, but it was super annoying having to fix it all the time. At least I was able to sleep peaceful without having to worry about leaks.

My flow got extremely heavy after I stopped the pill. I used to use ultrathin longs and overnights from always, And I would have to change them once an hour or I would leak through my underwear and pants its a tremendously heavy flow, these maxi fives catch the flow and are very absorbent, my only issue is that they should have another set of wings near the back because they’re so long so at night when I sleep they tend to leak out the side (by the leg holes),at the back onto my underwear. If they had a second set of wings to help seal that area and hold the pad in place and wrap around that back part of the leg holes of the underwear, To catch any leaks sneaking out that way, these would be absolutely perfect. I really do like these a lot though . They are a lifesaver. And far more comfortable than you’d think they would be!
