They r great. I feel comfortable at nite and knowing that am protectef at nite. My period are bad after I had surgery and when it starts it's bad. Thank you for coming out with something that helps. Love them.

I have a super heavy flow especially in the first few days of having my period & these pads are great for me at night to sleep in & during the day too. No worries about leaks.

After child birth, these pads did the trick! They absorbed very well and I was comfortable and confident I wouldn't leak overnight especially after childbirth!

I am 41 and have been buying Always since I was 10, I find the quality has really gone down hill. These keep disintegrating at the back, shifts alot, the top layer tares from use:( very upsetting.

I use these every night when needed love the extra long back really helps with leaks overnight which is a plus for me there super absorbent and they dont show and arent to bulky like others.

I wish they made pads like these when I was younger. Although these pads are great, I do wish they were longer. Maybe I need like a size 6? Some of us ladies need a lot more protection and wearing two pads feels ridiculous but sometimes necessary.
