I love my icemaker. I was buying bags of ice from fast food restaurants for about four months. On Christmas morning my family is surprising with an icemaker. The only downfall is that there’s no place to hold the scoop. Other than that I’m hooked.

The ice is made quickly and just the perfect size. I hesitated to purchase, but I’m really glad I did. Definitely would recommend and it’s worthy of 5 stars!

it made ice. it was cold. the large ones took 10 mins per cycle. it often stopped because it was "full" - but it was not, just one was blocking the sensor. also, the ice stuck together when i put it in the freezer for later use.

I received as a gift Tuesday…it’s in my school clinic…it made ice on that day. On Wednesday, it is not making ice….went through all the instructions and still not working.

It takes several rotations to produce full pieces of ice just for it to dump into the tray and melt immediately. There never seems to be ice when I need it.

I like the product and how well it works. One thing I would change is moving the drain plug to the side bottom instead of underneath. For the simple reason you have to let the refrigerant settle for 2 hours before use!

Love it been amazing. Been needing one for a while for family projects and stuff we do and just have half our house for recreational just to have some cold all the time it’s nice and refreshing.

I didn't even plan on buying this. I'm glad I did I make one really big bag of ice to last me a few days then refill. I love it I'm thinking of getting one for work

It was a perfect present for my husband, who has been asking for an ice maker for months. It is perfect for just the 2 of us and it makes the ice so fast.

The directions are simple and easy to follow. Easy set up and it works great! Only thing I would change is to have the drain in the back instead of under the unit.
