This ice maker is smaller than my previous ice maker and the water tank is smaller. The compact size doesn't take to much room on my counter which I like. It does need to refilled and emptied often. It only holds about 4 cups of water and my previous one held 8 cups. All in all it is working out so far.

It's just okay. It is slow at making the ice and the cubes come out dripping wet. When you store it in the freezer you end up with a huge frozen mess. I started emptying the basket into a ziplock bag and then slamming it on the kitchen counter. Now I have crushed ice instead of cubes lol. I wouldn't go through the hassle of returning it but I definitely would not recommend it to anyone

Very easy to use. Although the drain plug on the bottom might be a bit of a problem as the other brands are on the side. But this unit is much smaller than the others and lighter. Was making ice less than 5 minutes after filling and plugging it in. No more buying bags of ice!

I got this Dual-Size Compact Ice Machine for Christmas, which tells me two things: 1. My family knows me very well 2. I clearly complain about running out of ice more than I realized. This thing makes ice fast. Like “I just finished unwrapping gifts and it already filled the basket” fast. The dual-size option is elite — small ice for everyday hydration, big ice for holiday beverages and emotional support drinks. It's compact but works like it's trying to prove something. A gentle hum lets you know it's working hard to make sure you never suffer through a lukewarm drink again. Best Christmas gift I didn't know I needed but now can't live without. 10/10. Santa understood the assignment.

I received the tabletop ice maker as a gift. The drain plug is placed in such a way that makes it extremely difficult to drain the machine without getting water everywhere. The plug is almost impossible to screw and unscrew because of the addition of a tether. If you tilt the machine even sightly in order to get a better look at what you're doing, water dribbles out and enters into the electrical components of the machine.

Easy install, instructions, haven't used it yet so hopefully the ice is good!

Still on cleaning process. But i am sure itll be good.

Makes a good amount of ice rather quickly— just is SOOOOO loud.

Easy to get using. Just started so hopefully it's great

Very easy set up, very quiet while it's running, looks great on the counter too
