And love it and starts working very fast. Hope it would be better then the ice maker in the freezer that the military provides, it taste funny and makes you sick and hope this will help make our drink taste better.

This ice maker says it makes ice in 7-15 minutes. I’ve wait for 17 minutes and this is how much ice it made. Pretty disappointing. By the time the ice maker makes all the ice I filled the water bin with, the first 2 loads of ice will be melted. I need to return this and I also bought the additional 2yr.warranty, I hope the store refunds that purchase too. Also the drain plug has a stiff plastic piece attached to the rubber plug that will probably break off after a few uses. I was so hopeful I found a compact ice maker but No.

I did a cleaning cycle upon starting up the maker for the first time after purchase. It was suggested in the instructions. The plug on the bottom was stuck and could not come out with simple hand strength. My husband had to get some pliers and it broke the plug. But it's still usable. So I'll try it out and see how it goes

It makes ice fast and efficiently. Where this machine fails is holdings ice. It's melting the moment it gets put in the basket. This machine doesn't stay cold inside so there's no holding of the ice you just made. You can babysit the machine and dump the ice into a container to put into your freezer but goodness I expected a much better ice hold than this!

The ice maker works as expected with refrigerator chilled water, makes ice in minutes. Kept up for a family gathering of 10+ people without issues. Also filled before bed and had ice when I woke up. Beats a repair call for the ice maker on my fridge.

We'll see how well it works. It's smaller than expected.

The shape of the ice throws me me off

I's great for the price. I hope it long last serviceable.
