I must have gotten a bad unit. Only 3 of the probes are producing ice. I had high hopes for this to work. I will be returning it.

I love my icemaker. I’ve always complained that I didn’t have ice when I wanted it to make a drink maybe in the evening, but my wife is paying attention so she bought me an icemaker for Christmas. Great choice, honey.

Very good looking and efficient product for apartment living. I havent had a fridge with an ice maker in years so having source of ice that out paces a classic ice tray is a blessing.

I’ve only had it a day… But so far it is significantly quieter than the icemaker I had before. Which incidentally only operated approximately a year and then it failed. I did not use it every day. We will see how long this lasts!?

So far so good. 2 months, I like the size of the ice and choice between small and large . Easy cleaning.Hope it lasts longer than the last ice maker I had- that cost twice as much.

It’s a very convenient way to have ice handy on the counter. The ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working long ago and it’s nice not to need to continually refill the ice trays

This ice maker is quiet & quick! I love that it’s not huge and that it makes a lot of ice in 10-15 mins. It’s even simple enough for my kids to use. So far we are very pleased with this ice maker!

The ice maker is nicely constructed and does the job. It takes up more space than my old ice maker and it’s inconvenient that the cord doesn’t retract for storage.

I'm challenged to unscrew or pull out the plug in the bottom I have limited strength and mobility in my hands and arms but overall, I am very happy with it.

It takes several rotations to produce full pieces of ice just for it to dump into the tray and melt immediately. There never seems to be ice when I need it.
