I'm challenged to unscrew or pull out the plug in the bottom I have limited strength and mobility in my hands and arms but overall, I am very happy with it.

Set up was very easy and simple, doing a clean cycle at least once a week, and the instructions were very straightforward. Perfect addition for my home.

I just got this icemaker. I did a clean cycle first. I am not impressed with the drain plug. It is attached by a flimsy plastic piece. Gave 3 star as I have not used yet to have an opinion.

I bought my machine on Nov/20/2025 and I only started using it a week ago. It took more than 4 hours to give me just 1 pound of ice, which I had to refreeze because it wasn't made properly.

This icemaker works so fast and it’s super efficient and now we don’t have to buy ice from the store anymore if we wanted to we can just make it in the comfort of our own bedroom. Thank you ice man ice ice-maker.

Just follow the instructions for setup, there are like 5 easy steps. Once complete turn on, add water and select the size of ice cube you want and it does the rest

It’s a very convenient way to have ice handy on the counter. The ice maker in our refrigerator stopped working long ago and it’s nice not to need to continually refill the ice trays
