This is the perfect unit for my garage use. The choice of ice size is a nice bonus. I filled it once to the full line and it makes up to eight batches of 8 cubes. This is a keeper for sure!

I received as a gift Tuesday…it's in my school clinic…it made ice on that day. On Wednesday, it is not making ice….went through all the instructions and still not working.

I did a cleaning cycle upon starting up the maker for the first time after purchase. It was suggested in the instructions. The plug on the bottom was stuck and could not come out with simple hand strength. My husband had to get some pliers and it broke the plug. But it's still usable. So I'll try it out and see how it goes

I received the tabletop ice maker as a gift. The drain plug is placed in such a way that makes it extremely difficult to drain the machine without getting water everywhere. The plug is almost impossible to screw and unscrew because of the addition of a tether. If you tilt the machine even sightly in order to get a better look at what you're doing, water dribbles out and enters into the electrical components of the machine.

I got this Dual-Size Compact Ice Machine for Christmas, which tells me two things: 1. My family knows me very well 2. I clearly complain about running out of ice more than I realized. This thing makes ice fast. Like “I just finished unwrapping gifts and it already filled the basket” fast. The dual-size option is elite — small ice for everyday hydration, big ice for holiday beverages and emotional support drinks. It's compact but works like it's trying to prove something. A gentle hum lets you know it's working hard to make sure you never suffer through a lukewarm drink again. Best Christmas gift I didn't know I needed but now can't live without. 10/10. Santa understood the assignment.

It makes ice fast and efficiently. Where this machine fails is holdings ice. It's melting the moment it gets put in the basket. This machine doesn't stay cold inside so there's no holding of the ice you just made. You can babysit the machine and dump the ice into a container to put into your freezer but goodness I expected a much better ice hold than this!

This ice maker says it makes ice in 7-15 minutes. I’ve wait for 17 minutes and this is how much ice it made. Pretty disappointing. By the time the ice maker makes all the ice I filled the water bin with, the first 2 loads of ice will be melted. I need to return this and I also bought the additional 2yr.warranty, I hope the store refunds that purchase too. Also the drain plug has a stiff plastic piece attached to the rubber plug that will probably break off after a few uses. I was so hopeful I found a compact ice maker but No.

The Ice maker is very easy to use and keep clean. It produces ice fast and shuts down when the water reservoir is low. The ice sizes are optimal. My only complaint is that the drain plug is very hard to access and remove. Maybe located at the bottom right side in the front would make it easier

The ice maker works as expected with refrigerator chilled water, makes ice in minutes. Kept up for a family gathering of 10+ people without issues. Also filled before bed and had ice when I woke up. Beats a repair call for the ice maker on my fridge.

It's just okay. It is slow at making the ice and the cubes come out dripping wet. When you store it in the freezer you end up with a huge frozen mess. I started emptying the basket into a ziplock bag and then slamming it on the kitchen counter. Now I have crushed ice instead of cubes lol. I wouldn't go through the hassle of returning it but I definitely would not recommend it to anyone
