Also it come out too fast the hole need to be a bit smaller to get better equal coverage. But in everything if there was no other Italian that I could find this would be an alternative.

There are a lot of spices in the blend, but it primarily adds a kick of garlic, fennel, and red pepper. I love adding it to spaghetti sauce, but it also works nicely sprinkled on pizza or layered in lasagna. I even added some to a pot of vegetable beef soup and it turned out great. The only negative thing I can think to say is that it takes quite a bit to really get the flavor going. However, the jar is quite large and should last a while. I'm not usually into spice blends (I typically just make my own as I go), but this stuff is worth checking out.
