I love that you can still see the texture of the ingredients and the aroma......OMG! It makes my whole kitchen smell delicious. It is American made. I will absolutely look for more of their spices.

I've made several dinners with it (pizza, pork chops that I served over chard seasoned with lemon, garlic, olive oil and Old world Italian), as well as adding some to a vinaigrette that I used in an Italian sandwich. It would be also excellent in meatballs. I love to cook, so I'm excited to try this Spice House blend!

I wouldn’t say it’s spicy at all, just gives any food some more depth and a little more Italian flavor. My family- big on Italian food. Spaghetti and pizza is something of a staple in our home. So now this seasoning is too. I’ve added it to my pizza dough- yum-, my spaghetti sauce, even added it to my baked fries I’ll make for our grill night we love to have whenever weather allows. My husband added it to his burgers and said it added just a little bit more flavor and was a big fan!

I used it in a pasta tomato dish, and although it was meatless, the seasoning gave it an Italian sausage flavoring. It was savory with just a slight kick and very versatile. It was perfect in the pasta dish, and I am looking forward to seasoning meat with it also.

My 1 year old and my elderly in laws found the spice to be a tad much but still edible. I used this in a red and a cream pasta sauce. I like the design of the product as well.

Definitely want to try getting pork as suggested on the bottle to try making homemade sausage. Great flavor and the typical Italian zip you crave. Its just the right balance of fennel,oregano and spices, nothing over powering, makes the perfect meat sauce. Easy to use ,just add desired amount for preferred flavor. I've added to so many dishes since getting this. I suggest adding a little at a time, its easy to over season because the spices are dried. It needs time to bloom within the dish. I've even added the seasoning to extra virgin olive oil and dip my bread in it. Its delicious.
