It is great as a rub and/or part of a marinade. Also had been great to add some space/flavor to jar pasta sauce.

Also it come out too fast the hole need to be a bit smaller to get better equal coverage. But in everything if there was no other Italian that I could find this would be an alternative.

I swapped it in for my normal McCormick Italian seasoning when making spaghetti sauce, and it provided a nice strong flavor - primarily due to the fennel, paprika and garlic. McCormick uses Marjoram, Basil, Rosemary, Thyme, Oregano, Savory, and Sage while this product uses Salt, Oregano, Fennel, Garlic, Cane Sugar, Chiles, Paprika, Savory, and Onion.
