Nobody does it better than Spice House. The seasoning looks fresh the smell is robust and lively. I used it to make some homemade Italian sausage for pizza. I feel like the flavor was full and savory. I didn't find it particularly spicy. The fennel came through nicely. I would buy again and I'd always recommend Spice House for fresh spices or a classy gift.
