Its just the right balance of fennel,oregano and spices, nothing over powering, makes the perfect meat sauce. Easy to use ,just add desired amount for preferred flavor. I've added to so many dishes since getting this. I suggest adding a little at a time, its easy to over season because the spices are dried. It needs time to bloom within the dish. I've even added the seasoning to extra virgin olive oil and dip my bread in it. Its delicious.

It is easy to pour through the spice bottle holes or you can remove that cap for teaspoon measurements. It isn't salty which is great! Going to see what other flavors they have.

It gave the chicken one of the best flavors I have had in I don't know when. It was a nice rich Italian flavor. I really liked all of the ingredients and seasonings used in it as they gave it a great taste. I like the bottle that it's in because it shakes out very easily. It spreads easily around. I would definitely buy this again. It made the chicken taste so good I almost ate it instead of putting it in the Alfredo.

Also it come out too fast the hole need to be a bit smaller to get better equal coverage. But in everything if there was no other Italian that I could find this would be an alternative.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great flavor booster for anything Italian. Just add it to your sauce and it gives it a wonderful depth of flavor. There are a lot of spices in the blend, but it primarily adds a kick of garlic, fennel, and red pepper. I love adding it to spaghetti sauce, but it also works nicely sprinkled on pizza or layered in lasagna. I even added some to a pot of vegetable beef soup and it turned out great. The only negative thing I can think to say is that it takes quite a bit to really get the flavor going. However, the jar is quite large and should last a while. I'm not usually into spice blends (I typically just make my own as I go), but this stuff is worth checking out.
