We bought this vacuum last week. I'm honestly blown away by how much easier it has made my daily routine. It navigates around furniture with impressive accuracy, rarely gets stuck, and seamlessly transitions between carpet and hard floors. The suction power is far better than I expected for a robot vac—pet hair, crumbs, dust… everything disappears in one pass. Highly recommended!

Bobsweep is the best purchase that we have made in a long time. A lifesaver really, 5 cats and had to keep up with their hair and dander and other regular dirt. Easy set up and easy to use with phone. Easy clean up and make ready. Love it every time that we use it and that is daily. Thank you

he Bio Bobsweep is highly disappointing due to several key design failures. The water tank is far too small and cannot self-fill, necessitating constant manual stops to replenish the water. The auto-dumping function is erratic and frequently fails to empty the contents into the trash bag. Cleanup is further hampered by a low-quality mop that is disposable after just one or two uses. Finally, the mapping system is significantly flawed, taking hours to complete and lacking the spatial memory required to clean efficiently. Due to these issues, I returned the Bio Bobsweep after just two uses. The contrast with my new Roborock unit is stark. It took only about 20 minutes to map the entire floor and features a large water tank integrated into the base. Crucially, it manages the entire mopping process automatically, including refilling the vacuum's tank and using hot air to dry the mop after use.

I've been using this vacuum for two months now and I love it! I've had 3 other iRobot vacuums and this bObsweep works much better. It's very quiet and thorough. The videos were very helpful especially with mapping out my entire first floor. The price was great as well. Much cheaper than my 3 previous iRobot vacuums.

I love my BObsweep. We purchased this vacuum cleaner for our vacation home. I love that I can go to the app and activate "bob" and have "him" clean the house before we even get there for a stay. I can walk into a freshly vacuumed home without having to push a conventional vacuum around which takes up my precious vacation time. And the floor never looked better! With our three young grandchildren with us, the mop feature is a huge plus too!

As a owner of five Persian cats, it is very hard to keep house clean and tidy. I used to have a Roomba for vacuum and an automatic wet mop. I love this new two-in-one machine, because it saves space, mop better and automatically clears out the trash. it makes my life so much easier. I set up one cleaning cycle during the day time while I am out for work, and one cleaning cycle during the night while I am sleep. I am so happy that my house is finally cat hair free.

This is my first robot vacuum, so my only point of reference is the many reviews I read on various brands and models before this purchase. Start up was easy with the quick guide provided. I was very impressed with the first run and the thoroughness of the mapping function. Sweeping was also thorough and the emptying process was dust free. I had plenty of battery life remaining after approximately 2000 sq. ft. of cleaning. I removed a couple of long hairs left twisted in the brush. My only snafu was no fault of Bobsweep, but mentioned for the benefit of others. I put felt pads on all furniture to protect the floors. I failed to trim the pads on some irregularly shaped recliner “feet,” and Bob's brush got stuck on the sticky felt pad. Fortunately I was able to rescue him with no damage. Transition from lvp to rugs was better than expected. I have not tried the mop feature. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase.

We've had robot vacuums in the past, they worked ok, but on a random pattern and never sure they got everywhere. The mapping and scheduling available on the bObsweep is absolutely a game changer. Not sure if we'll schedule every room, but it's so easy to sit in the basement family room and tell it to clean some upstairs rooms. I mounted some towel bars and pictures, and just pulled out my phone and told Bunny to clean up after me. Worked like a charm. The map shows me exactly what has been swept and what furniture might have been in the way. Might just get a second one to handle the basement.

I am loving, "Bob". I have never owned a robot vacuum before so I don't have another to compare to, but he cleans when I ask, unlike my kids! I really like to be able to set the schedule and my house just be clean when I come home. I do still have to use my old vacuum some to get along the edges, but I am no longer embarrassed by surprise guests and so I don't mind a little work to get the edges. Plus, I love the vacuum lines it leaves in the carpets!

The Bio works great except for the Tray Empty. It waiting until job is complete is ridiculous. I don't know if they only expect to clean a 12' x 12' room, then it would be Ok. This unit would be exceptional it it would sense time to empty and do that and then get back to its job. When cleaning WHOLE house and bin is full it doesn't empty. Other then that it would be a Full 5 star unit. I only have grandchildren sometimes but if you have Full Time Children ???
