Purchased February 2026. Took a week to finally connect to WIFI, broke after three days of use. Constantly got stuck places. I purchased the Allstate protection plan, however I'm still under warranty. Tell me how Biosweep is sending me replacement part by replacement part. After two shipments that took over two weeks each, I've requested a new unit. It's April and the unit has been in use three. times. Anyways, if it breaks good luck,

The Bio was delivered quickly and undamaged. We are moving and no internet in the new place so I used my Ipad Pro hotspot for a router, downloaded the app on my phone and it all worked flawlessly. 'Bob' our new robot was up and running in vaccum mode in just a few minutes. We have a mix of area rugs and hardwood floors which Bob handled with no issues. With the app you can map out do not enter areas and keep track of how much of your room Bob has discovered. Absolutely love the auto home feature and self emptying with no intervention on my part. This machine feels good, looks good and most importantly works good. I would buy again. We love our new mechanical pet, Bob.

Bio is our second bObsweep robot vacuum, having purchased Dustin from Sam's a few months earlier. We purchased the second because we were very pleased with the first. Although very efficient at mapping itself, adding the App to add further instructions was a breeze. It's a solid purchase and an excellent value.

After looking over a lot of budget robot vacuums, I finally settled on this is because of a cc cash back deal with Sam's. I honestly was sold because it was so much cuter than the others I was looking at. I have a dog and two cats and I really wanted to keep the floors cleaner when we moved into our new house. I run mine twice a day on the full house, and throughout the week in smaller areas (like kitchen after dinner 3x a week), plus a full mop 1-2x a week so I really make it put in work. My pets SHED. We do have to keep small items picked up daily, because I kept finding it stuck on random stuff but now it's fine. I clean the brush once a week because hair does get stuck. Every time I empty the dust bag it's crazy how much is in it. Very happy with my purchase.

Initially I was very skeptical of the ability of a machine to sweep and mop the floors as good as a human being. Surprisingly the sweeper not only swept better but did a good job on the mopping too! It has made my floors shine and are literally squeaky clean, my feet squeak when I walk on the freshly swept/mopped floor. I did run into an issue where the mop feature kept giving me errors and would not mop so I contacted customer service for assistance. The representative was extremely helpful, polite, respectful and very professional while resolving the issue. The customer representative, Vera C., resolved my issue quickly and sent me a replacement part within 24 hours of my call. In addition, Vera followed up the next day to let me know the part was shipped and then followed up a second time after I received the part to make sure the part worked as expected and I had no other issues. Since I worked in the customer service sector I can honestly state from my own experience that Vera C provided excellent customer service and the company responded to the issue quickly without any hassles! Kudo's to Vera C and bObsweep company for an excellent product and excellent customer support!!

We've had robot vacuums in the past, they worked ok, but on a random pattern and never sure they got everywhere. The mapping and scheduling available on the bObsweep is absolutely a game changer. Not sure if we'll schedule every room, but it's so easy to sit in the basement family room and tell it to clean some upstairs rooms. I mounted some towel bars and pictures, and just pulled out my phone and told Bunny to clean up after me. Worked like a charm. The map shows me exactly what has been swept and what furniture might have been in the way. Might just get a second one to handle the basement.

My initial reservations arose from the substantial discount offered on this vacuum. Subsequent use revealed several functional deficiencies. The vacuum consistently fails to effectively traverse area rugs or flooring transition strips, resulting in incomplete cleaning or requiring manual intervention to dislodge it. A persistent and unusually loud squeaking noise is emitted by the edge brush, even in the absence of foreign objects. The associated mobile application presents significant usability issues, lacking an intuitive interface. These factors indicate a product that is not performing as expected, alongside potentially questionable marketing strategies

It would not connect to WiFi no matter what I tried. It gets hung on vents and bar stool bottoms. The mop is useless. It just leaves a little streak of water here and there. Can't map rooms without Wi-Fi so every time it's used it has to map the room you are using it in. The actual vacuum does pretty good for dust. Power goes down after one room.

Hi, 👋🏽 We enjoy Bobbie very much. She is quiet and adorable. We are often home when she's working, so we have occasion to see her complete the full mapped program. Impressive that she does the full program in an hour! We are pleased with the user-friendly app. Because of the sensor being on top, the height prevents her from sweeping underneath our couches or built-in cabinetry in the kitchen. We sweep the perimeter of our rooms, along the baseboards if crumbs or dust are visible, not often. Overall, we really like the product. We have not used it as a wet mop as of this writing but will do so soon.

I have a dog that sheds. This does not do well. Hair gets tangled in brush and when it goes over my kitchen throw rugs, it just bunches up the hair and leaves it behind. It runs out of battery before it completes job and does not go back to finish after a charge. I've had since 8/25 and it has been used only a handful of times. My sweeper does a better job. Am very glad I never pd full price bc it's not even worth the reduced price in my opinion.
