I wish people were more like BOBSWEEP(AKA Rosey). She shows up on time and does a great job. I had low expectations and was blown away with the unit. I love the fact that it maps your home and you can eliminate areas. The mop feature is a bonus. I recommend it to those that struggle to keep up with pet hair. Let's just say, owning a Labrador, it is essential. Highly recommend !

Compared to my Shark model, the mapping and associated mapping tools are atrocious. The verdict is still out on cleaning. Have only used the mopping function once and it was subpar. Plan to try again. I would prefer it not require a bag. My Shark doesn't require a bag which simplifies the process. On a plus, the charge does seem to last a while but I have only used it on low.

We loved this so much we bought another one! The LIDAR mapping is really impressive (I could see the five legs of my office chair on the map!), it does a great job vacuuming, and the mopping feature is nice. Maintenance is well-explained in the manual, along with QR codes taking you straight to videos if needed. Great support, great product.

am loving this Bio Robot! I just had a reverse shoulder replacement and this is one big stress that has been replaced with relief on keeping my house clean. Easy to set up, use and does a great job. I have not used the washing part yet but anxious to start.

We bought this vacuum last week. I'm honestly blown away by how much easier it has made my daily routine. It navigates around furniture with impressive accuracy, rarely gets stuck, and seamlessly transitions between carpet and hard floors. The suction power is far better than I expected for a robot vac—pet hair, crumbs, dust… everything disappears in one pass. Highly recommended!

Great robot vac we really like it. I bought one and ended up buying a second for the other floor. We haven't had one since original toomba so I appreciate how it makes nice carpet lines and self empties. App works nice to control them and map pit the house. I haven't no complaints so far. Sure it gets stuck sometimes but that's normal with any of them. Brush roll is easy to remove and clean which I like. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another bobsweep product. So far so good!

The Bio works great except for the Tray Empty. It waiting until job is complete is ridiculous. I don't know if they only expect to clean a 12' x 12' room, then it would be Ok. This unit would be exceptional it it would sense time to empty and do that and then get back to its job. When cleaning WHOLE house and bin is full it doesn't empty. Other then that it would be a Full 5 star unit. I only have grandchildren sometimes but if you have Full Time Children ???

I was skeptical about a robot vacuum, but this one proved me wrong. We have a husky that sheds like crazy and this vacuum doesn't disappoint. I am not very technical, but the vacuum mapped itself out and is easy to use. I have been using it for about 6 weeks and haven't had to empty the collection bin yet.

I love my new Bio! I had another brand for several years and tried to upgrade twice to one that would self empty because the dust bin would get too full due to the fact that we have 2 dogs, a deaf Great Dane and a 13 yr. old Siberian Husky. Both times the suction was not strong enough to remove the amount of dog hair that was smashed in the dust bin. I saw the Bio advertised at a great reduced price and thought I had nothing to loose. Low and behold, this thing is amazing! Not only to I love the color but I can set it up to empty after each room and it empties the dog hair from the dust bin with no problem and it is even more efficient that my other one that cost almost $900 a few years ago. It has a reusable bag and after 5 days or so I just take it out and empty all the dog hair and dust with ease. Well done bObsweep Bio!

I've been skeptical of these things for years. That has been based on friends that bought them in the beginning and they were not that good. Like most things, I believed that things improve with time. I saw the deal on Sam's with the ability to return if I didn't like it. I could not be any more pleased with Rosie! She sweeps every other day while I'm at work and if I track something in while I'm home, I simply use the app and have her spot clean. This thing is awesome!
