We love our bObsweep Bio so far !! A vacuum sucks out the contents when he docks and is self cleaning extremely efficiently. It has mapped the entire house to the square inch, has anti impairment moves to get himself out of getting stuck probs. and if he gets stuck, which is very rare, we know exactly where he is by glancing at the app. I love the self-help videos. I would recommend this 5 out of 5 stars . This is a must have, highly recommend.

Bio is such a good machine. From the start it was clear that it is very precise and quickly mapped our house. Many note squeaking with this model, but it's mainly if something is stuck in the brushes so it does require some regular maintenance to operate at peak levels. This is a great machine if you keep up with it and is an awesome value.

First floor of my house has wooden floors but a large area rug next to the bed. Many sweepers either can't go up to the carpet or don't enhance the suction when they do. This vacuum robot not only climbs up to the 15mm high carpet with ease, but also I can feel that the suction automatically increases as soon as it goes up, and it sucks up the dust mites and snacks from the depths of the carpet with a whirring motion. When it came down it resumed its quiet mode to clean the floor, this intelligent switching is really so sweet, two cleaning experiences in one area rug to make sure every kind of floor gets the most appropriate treatment. Love it!

This little robert has exceeded my expectation, the suction power is strong and it pick up dust, hair with no problem. The mapping feature is accurate and clean every corner without missing spot, it definitely made my daily routine easier and keep my home consistently tidy. Highly recommended.

I love my Bobsweep! I used to have a Shark robot and the Bobsweep by far exceeds the Shark any day! The Bobsweep cleans debris off of my floors much better. I love the mop attachment. Both sweep and mop functions are very precise at following the maps patterns. The accessories that come with the Bobsweep are amazing; The dust bag is my favorite detail about my Bobsweep! It's in a zipped up bag that I can reuse and does not make my charging station all dirty. I love coming home to my clean house!

This little robot vacuum really does a great job of cleaning the floors. It goes back to the docking station and sucks out the dirt into a separate bag. You can program your zones on your cell phone and set up the days and times you want it to run. This is the first robo vacuum I've owned and I must say I should have bought this earlier. I just happened to catch it on sale for a very nice, discounted price (less than $250). If you've been on the fence, just go for it. You can't go wrong with this purchase.

This is a great vacuum! It is bigger than thought and does well at vacuuming. It won't pick up bigger pieces but does make it clean. It goes back to the station. It is quiet when vacuuming. It does a great job and very happy with the purchase. It does do well getting under furniture and if there is stuff in its way, it goes around.I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

After looking over a lot of budget robot vacuums, I finally settled on this is because of a cc cash back deal with Sam's. I honestly was sold because it was so much cuter than the others I was looking at. I have a dog and two cats and I really wanted to keep the floors cleaner when we moved into our new house. I run mine twice a day on the full house, and throughout the week in smaller areas (like kitchen after dinner 3x a week), plus a full mop 1-2x a week so I really make it put in work. My pets SHED. We do have to keep small items picked up daily, because I kept finding it stuck on random stuff but now it's fine. I clean the brush once a week because hair does get stuck. Every time I empty the dust bag it's crazy how much is in it. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm looking forward to continuing to use it and seeing how it performs over time, but my initial experience has been very positive.

The vacuum worked great for the first month and half . I bought it new Dec. 4 2025 Then it went offline and won't reconnect. I have texted and talked to the customer service department and they can't get it to go back online either. They told me to contact my internet provider. I did that and the service department of my router. They couldn't get it back online either. Now bobsweep wants me to send it back to them and pay half off the freight fees and it could take three to four weeks for them to check it out to either repair it or replace it. 7
