This thing has been a semi-miracle for me. I use it for vacuuming and mopping my mostly tile and wood floors along with my area rugs. It doesn't work with the little microfiber bathmat rugs I put around for my dog, but I wouldn't expect it to. Just pick those up while it is running. As for the mopping function, it is very effective, but if you have a messy floor, spray some cleaner onto the floor before running it in the mopping mode. I live in a hard-water area so use distilled water in it. But I must say, I love this as my first robovac.

I have a dog that sheds. This does not do well. Hair gets tangled in brush and when it goes over my kitchen throw rugs, it just bunches up the hair and leaves it behind. It runs out of battery before it completes job and does not go back to finish after a charge. I've had since 8/25 and it has been used only a handful of times. My sweeper does a better job. Am very glad I never pd full price bc it's not even worth the reduced price in my opinion.

After looking over a lot of budget robot vacuums, I finally settled on this is because of a cc cash back deal with Sam's. I honestly was sold because it was so much cuter than the others I was looking at. I have a dog and two cats and I really wanted to keep the floors cleaner when we moved into our new house. I run mine twice a day on the full house, and throughout the week in smaller areas (like kitchen after dinner 3x a week), plus a full mop 1-2x a week so I really make it put in work. My pets SHED. We do have to keep small items picked up daily, because I kept finding it stuck on random stuff but now it's fine. I clean the brush once a week because hair does get stuck. Every time I empty the dust bag it's crazy how much is in it. Very happy with my purchase.

Hi, 👋🏽 We enjoy Bobbie very much. She is quiet and adorable. We are often home when she's working, so we have occasion to see her complete the full mapped program. Impressive that she does the full program in an hour! We are pleased with the user-friendly app. Because of the sensor being on top, the height prevents her from sweeping underneath our couches or built-in cabinetry in the kitchen. We sweep the perimeter of our rooms, along the baseboards if crumbs or dust are visible, not often. Overall, we really like the product. We have not used it as a wet mop as of this writing but will do so soon.

So far, I've been really impressed with its performance. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it started cleaning efficiently right out of the box. It navigates my space well, handles transitions between surfaces without issue, and does a great job picking up everyday dirt and dust. One thing I especially appreciate is how thorough it is—it doesn't just do a quick pass but seems to cover the area thoughtfully. It's also relatively quiet compared to other vacuums I've used, which makes it easy to run without being disruptive. Overall, Bio feels like a solid, well-designed product that delivers on convenience and cleaning power. I'm looking forward to continuing to use it and seeing how it performs over time, but my initial experience has been very positive.

So far we are loving it! We wanted to invest in something that will help manage our dog hair… we have a floofy Samoyed. It is not as great with his hair as I'm sure it is with shorter dog hair, but it has definitely been helpful. We just have to cut the brush and wheels free every couple days. But I love that I can set a schedule and let it do its thing, and that it maps out the house so I doesn't run into as many things or gets stuck. I've only tried the mop function once, but excited to have that as a feature too, lord knows I need all the help in the cleaning department I can get.

Bio is our second bObsweep robot vacuum, having purchased Dustin from Sam's a few months earlier. We purchased the second because we were very pleased with the first. Although very efficient at mapping itself, adding the App to add further instructions was a breeze. It's a solid purchase and an excellent value.

It would not connect to WiFi no matter what I tried. It gets hung on vents and bar stool bottoms. The mop is useless. It just leaves a little streak of water here and there. Can't map rooms without Wi-Fi so every time it's used it has to map the room you are using it in. The actual vacuum does pretty good for dust. Power goes down after one room.

I purchased this product during a sale after seeing several positive reviews, but overall, I do not feel it was worth the price we paid. While I genuinely like the vacuum function, the mopping feature is very basic and underwhelming. To begin with, there is little to no clear information provided about the mopping function. I reviewed the available tutorials and could only find content related to maintenance rather than actual usage. Additionally, the unit does not include any cleaning solution, and after searching the website, I was unable to find one available for purchase. As a result, the mopping function essentially just dampens the floor rather than providing a true clean. Another drawback is the water reservoir placement. It is located on the vacuum itself rather than the dock and holds only about one cup of water, which limits its effectiveness. On a positive note, the vacuum performs reasonably well and does an adequate job overall. Setup and mapping were straightforward, though I found the app to be less intuitive than expected. I do appreciate that the app allows for customizable cleaning schedules; however, the system is clearly designed with vacuuming as its primary focus, with mopping as a secondary and fairly minimal feature.

This is a great vacuum! It is bigger than thought and does well at vacuuming. It won't pick up bigger pieces but does make it clean. It goes back to the station. It is quiet when vacuuming. It does a great job and very happy with the purchase. It does do well getting under furniture and if there is stuff in its way, it goes around.I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
