This is my first official automated robot and I'm very happy with initial impressions. I purchased it to help me with upkeep of my cat's litter that he seems to drag all over the living room (hardwood floors). I got tired of constantly pulling out a Swiffer and small handheld vacuum just for these little bits of litter. I finally dove in and decided to purchase my first vacuum robot. I considered buying one of the more "popular" brands but hesitated due to many reviews' cons pointing to customer service. I have more freedom to take care of other chores, which is VERY helpful when it's just you living on your own. Lucky for me, any issues with my new bObsweep have been very easy and quickly to resolve. I didn't realize how unorganized some of my electronics' cords have become; bOBsweep was getting tangled. I worried this would strain the bObsweep's brush, but it seems to be durable and very aware it's stuck so that it doesn't fight back and cause further damage to itself. I don't think I've used it's full potential, but look forward to discovering more.

this little guy is simply amazing. Have it map your home and let it do its thing. you can also separate map into rooms of your choice. i find that doing rooms separately works best. pick the room and do quick clean in turbo mode for fantadtic results.

I love this vacuum! It does a fantastic job of keeping the floors tidy and clean, and it's been a great help with everyday messes. The only recent issue we experienced was when our dog, who very rarely has an indoor mishap, unexpectedly soiled the floor. Unfortunately, the vacuum didn't recognize the mess as an obstacle and ended up spreading it throughout the house. Thankfully, this is an extremely rare occurrence, but it's something to be aware of. Other than that unusual incident, the vacuum works great and does an excellent job of keeping our floors clean. Overall, we're very happy with it! I have purchased a few more for family.

We had purchased a robotic vacuum years ago, it sucked and we returned. When I suggested this model that also mops, my husband was skeptical. We have two large dogs and this thing does what it says. It is not fancy by any means but does the basic functions overall. It helps me cut down the vacuuming and mopping by about half I would say. It does get caught up on rugs and random things on the floor but overall does work well. I am happy with our purchase and plan on gifting these to others in the future.

We had our Bobsweep for about 2 months now. We love the robot. On Saturday nights we have it vacuum the main level all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and dining. Then we used the mop feature for the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms. I can't wait to try in the family room, game room in the level. Great buy! I been wanting one for about 4 years now.!

I've been very impressed with my bObsweep vacuum so far. Setup was quick and easy, and I really like the sleek design—it fits nicely into my living room without disrupting the décor. The app is also very user-friendly and easy to navigate. I was able to set up a cleaning routine on the very first day without any trouble. One of my favorite features is the reusable bags, along with the different vacuum settings, from low to high. Having the ability to adjust the cleaning level is especially useful for everyday cleaning. I have two small dogs, so pet hair is a constant challenge. I run the bObsweep every day, and it does a wonderful job keeping up with the hair. The proof is definitely in the bag! It's surprisingly satisfying to see how much hair and debris it collects after each cleaning. My dogs also don't seem to mind the vacuum, which is a big plus. I especially enjoy watching the cleaning progress through the app. It's neat to see the vacuum systematically cover the room and, most importantly, stay out of the areas I've designated as no-go zones. That feature gives me a lot of confidence that it will clean where I want it to without getting into areas where it shouldn't. I would definitely recommend!

Absolutely love this vacuum! I have it running on two different floors, and have each room on both floors mapped out. It cleans the kitchen every night, and the rest of the house while we're sleeping. We have a dog and three cats so hair is a challenge, but this vacuum handles it all just fine!

We love Bob! By using him 2x/day, he almost stays ahead of our 2 dogs and 3 cats. I love the self clean-out and the 'start it from my phone' features. The only point loss is for the lack of 5G compatability. It took longer to set up, as I had to figure out how to slow down the connection speed. Elsewise, all is well!

We love our little Leroy ❤️ so easy to set up and program! We have him on a schedule and have been very happy with the cleaning. Mopping works best on highest setting but vacuum works well even on battery saver. Great value and awesome addition to the household 👏

I love my bobsweep. I use it daily. It is easy. The dust bag in the docking station is reusable and can easily be emptied by unzipping the back end over a trash can. The mopping feature is nice and the mapping feature makes it so easy to choose if i want a whole house clean or just a room clean.
