he Bio Bobsweep is highly disappointing due to several key design failures. The water tank is far too small and cannot self-fill, necessitating constant manual stops to replenish the water. The auto-dumping function is erratic and frequently fails to empty the contents into the trash bag. Cleanup is further hampered by a low-quality mop that is disposable after just one or two uses. Finally, the mapping system is significantly flawed, taking hours to complete and lacking the spatial memory required to clean efficiently. Due to these issues, I returned the Bio Bobsweep after just two uses. The contrast with my new Roborock unit is stark. It took only about 20 minutes to map the entire floor and features a large water tank integrated into the base. Crucially, it manages the entire mopping process automatically, including refilling the vacuum's tank and using hot air to dry the mop after use.

This little BIObot is fantastic! I have tried others including Roborock, and this Bio blows it away. It is easy to set up and program, does a great job getting along the baseboards, and empties every time without getting stuck in the bot. I have 3 Great Danes so I get a fair amount of hair everyday. I set it to clean while I'm working from home, when I'm done every room is cleaned. I also set it to empty after every room clean because of the hair involved, so its ready to go for the next room. I always know when it has cleaned the carpets because it leaves it little pattern showing that it has gotten every square inch. I also have 3 raised dog beds and it goes under them with no problem without getting stuck. The roborock got stuck every time! I love my Biobot!

Mop cloths tear way too easily. Also the water basin to mop the floors is a bit too small. If you have a lot of floors and want to leave while it is washing floors, it usually runs out of water before finishing mopping. So you have to stay home while washing floors to refill the basin.

Set up took a day and required extra support from YouTube. Once I figured out the map it is easy to block areas and set up rooms on a schedule. It doesn't take much to be Too much dog hair which clogs the brushes and self cleaning. I am not a fan of the bag at all. It would be better to have a removable bin that could be rinsed instead of the bag. There's a cardboard piece on the bag to open/close the opening for carrying bag to trash. After 2 days ours is broken down as cardboard is thin. Supposedly you can set the number of times the vacuum dumps but that feature has yet to work so I broke the cleaning times up and it dumps after each cleaning cycle. I do like that it is slim and goes under our cabinets and map feature is easy to use. I also liked the price as it was on sale and our house is cleaner than when we didn't have this. However with a pet I don't think the self dumping will ever work and I could have bought something less expensive.

Make the purchase! I am shouting, buy it! I have 2 dogs, a cat, and an exotic bird that creates a daily mess. This little machine cleans it ALL! Self empties, easy setup, (I am not up to date on the latest technology.) It's quiet while vacuuming, the dispense is loud, but a suction noise that lasts a minute. Buy it!! You will not be disappointed, I promise!

I love the green color and that Bio comes with two pull handles that are different colors to customize its look. So far Bio does very well with mapping. The first time mapping may not find every corner in a floor plan, but by the second and third time cleaning that floor plan it has a very accurate layout. I really like the Quick clean features that allows me to send Bio to a specific room or custom area if I have a small mess to clean up or if a door was closed during its scheduled cleaning. I really love that I can go on the app Cleaning History and see exactly where Bio cleaned that day. I have only used the mop feature once so far. It think it will be helpful to keep dirt from building up on the floors, but if there are spots where dirt is stuck on the floor, it will still have to be spot mopped by hand.

i don't know if this unit is defective, but it does not pick up the dog hair of tile. after it goes over the area the dog hair still present

It doesn't do well if you have different type of flooring in different rooms. It doesn't work well in corners either.

Impressed with how well this thing picks up dog hair and foot traffic dirt. I only have to use it ever couple of days

Absolutely worth it! I was very skeptical, had it since Christmas would recommend it 100%. I've got 2 cats and a dog. I've had a Roomba in the past, this is so much better.
