Perfect for Kindergartners and under or smaller quantity eaters. Allows you to pack several different items without them touching or mixing with the other foods. Never leaks, and we love the icepack is built into the bottom...keeps her from forgetting it at lunch or accidently throwing it away.

The backpack is really made from good material I wish the inside was bigger. Also the problem with this design is that most kids don’t bring a backpack to lunch. They have to carry the lunchbox water bottles, silverware all separately and that’s hard for younger kids to keep up with so unfortunately this backpack did not work for us for that reason.

I bought this back in August 2022. Brand new from backstock. After few months. The colors started to fade away but I didn’t want to spend more money on another new one. It was nice and simple design for anyone into rockets or space. The back strap for extra support came undone as well.

I bought this for my 1st grade son this school year. Thinking how awesome it was to not have to carry your lunch box/bag back and forth to the cafeteria. But with this bag giving you room for your lunch on the bottom, takes up space alloted for folders, binders, lap tops, etc! My son has a folder that comes and goes each day with him. That barely fits in this back, it does come home bent but that is not his fault that normal size binders dont fit into this backpack. Another thing I do not like is the fact that it only fits the bentgo lunch box and that is it on the bottom. Nt other room for a drink or silveware. We all know no kid brings their whole backpack to lunch, so now my 6 year old has to carry his bentgo box, a drink and whatever snack that did not fit in the bottom to lunch. Luckily I love this brand, so I will just deal with it and purchase the kids bentgo lunch box and he can just clip to his new back pack. But like I said the thought was a great idea...just not practical for me unless they make them bigger!

I really like this backpack, I've had it for a year now and it still looks brand new! It's sturdy and dependable and the bottom insulated portion is a very nice feature - fewer things to bring to school! My kiddos likes the backpack too, he's almost 5 and it fits him really well.

I bought a bentgo chill lunchbox last year for my daughter and we love it! It kept her food fresh until lunch time even in the heat of Southern California. Unfortunately it developed stains on the rubber seals. I contacted customer service and they were prompt to address my concerns and sent me a replacement right away! Great warranty and great customer service!

First off I want to say that we've owned a Bentgo Kids Box for the past two years and absolutely loved it. My son likes certain foods only if they are cold though (cucumbers, celery, berries, etc), so I was excited to see that Bentgo made a Chill lunchbox version with a compatible icepack. Unfortunately our experience over the past month is that the icepack does not keep his food cold through lunchtime (~4 hrs after I pack his lunch) - let along through afternoon snack time. So - in a nutshell - get a Bentgo Kids Lunchbox for regular foods - they are awesome! But if keeping food cold is your goal search elsewhere for a different lunchbox.

I was already a fan of the original Bentgo lunchboxes but the Bentgo Chill Lunchbox just took things to the next level! My son’s daycare doesn’t have a fridge and the freezer pack for this lunchbox keeps things cool from when I pack his lunch in the morning until they eat. They are also still leak proof and keep his food fresh. Highly recommend!

We got this for my toddler that was starting school and it has been a Godsend for us. She is able to have her lunch as well as snacks in one sitting without multiple bowls. We opted for the one with the cooler at the bottom to keep her fruit chilled! Highly recommend!

We tried the vent go chill box and had trouble closing the clasp. With a quick email over to customer service within two emails we have a new one being sent our way. Customer service was so easy to deal with. We can’t wait to get back to using our bed go chill lunchbox
