Pretty disappointed in the product — it only stays cool for about an hour. Hard to take apart, and the ice tray always gets stuck.

Absolutely perfect it works amazing. I love the personalization it's beautiful! It's extremely easy to clean. Great quality and durable.

It was delayed getting here, but it’s quality is exceptional , just like the first one we bought last year.

Its small, even for younger children. I wish the dividers were adjustable or just more space was available, cant fit a 1/2 sandwich

The depth is pretty much double from the original and the large compartment is adjustable. Very happy with size and quality.

This is great for my kids next step. The slightly larger compartments and the ability to keep the items fresh and cool are a big plus for this SoCal heat! Only thing is it took quite some time to receive my order-expect 8-10 business days so order in advance for next school year.

I got this backpack for my kiddo who started TK. He only needs to have space for extra clothes and a standard folder. The main compartment can fit a folder, but the top corners get bent a little after zipping shut. With the extra clothes it gets a little tricky for younger kids to get the folder in and out. Also, our school has the kiddos place their lunch bags in a separate bin under their backpacks for easy access when snack or lunch starts. If I had known this, I would not have opted for this style backpack. Just something to keep in mind for the littlest kids starting school for the first time. My son loves his backpack so I will keep it.

The shape seems much bigger at the bottom; it is weird. Folders/notebooks are squeezed at the top, fit fine on the bottom. The elastic drawstring to snug the side pocket came completely detached on 1 out of the 3 I purchased. I hope my seamstress can fix that. The inability to order the bottle I want because it matches the bag + lunchbox purchased without ordering another bottle that I don't is annoying af. Seriously. If my kids didn't like their look and matchy-ness so much, I would've returned them. I certainly won't be recommending or buying again.

This is the perfect lunch box for both kids (elementary and middle). It fits just enough food for them both, keeps it cool and is easy for them to manage. There’s nothing for them to clean up or containers to remember. My only regret is not buying this sooner!

My kindergartener has only used the bag for 14 school days and the water bottle elastic broke. She doesn’t carry much in her bag since she gets school lunch, just her folder, snack, and her water bottle. She cried when she realized it was broken. I expected better quality for the cost. So far the rest of the bag seems fine but who knows what the next 14 days will bring.
