My son received this bottle as a gift. The dinosaur design is really nice, and the bottle seemed well made, and the soft straw was a definite plus for my son who doesn’t like drinking from a hard straw. I hand washed it before the first use, and the pieces came apart and put back together pretty easily. Unfortunately, during the first use, my son dropped it from his high chair onto the linoleum, and the piece that holds the straw in the closed position broke off, making the lid only usable with the straw extended. I really liked that the straw could be covered for use during travel, so it’s unfortunate that this lid won’t work in that way.

I use the stainless steel bentgo boxes for my two children and have great things to say about this product. It is stainless steel so it's healthier for your children than eating out of plastic. The compartments make it easy to give a variety of food in their lunch. Most importantly, it doesn't leak! I have also been beyond happy with the customer service.

We purchased these as a stainless steel upgrade to our daughters’ lunch boxes, and we are thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. The compartments provide the perfect amount of space to pack full lunches for our 5 and 7 year olds. The added silicone container creates even more compartment customization. They are very easy to clean (we usually split between handwashing and using the dishwasher) and have a small enough footprint that we can easily tuck them away when not in use. Our girls love their Stainless Steel Bentgo lunchboxes and we feel great knowing these will likely last a very long time. Very happy with the purchase. Definitely recommend.

I purchased these lunchboxes for preschool kids but the generous size is great for older kids as well. This portion size can accommodate a variety of snacks and food items. I love that it is leak free and also easy to clean. It is also easy to open which is especially great for the younger kids.

I bought two of the shark print Bentgo Kids Stainless Steel Lunch Box and have been happy with it. We are trying to stay away from plastic as much as possible so when I saw Bentgo come out with the stainless steel version that doesn't leak, I bought it! It doesn't leak. All the food stay contain. We've hand washed and have put it through the dishwasher with no issue. Print is still intact. It's a bit heavier though than their original one due to the steel but my 4 and 6 years old is able to carry it with no issue. Might be too heavy for any kids younger though especially if they have to carry it for a long time.

Bought this for my grandson to use at school. Was looking for a leakproof cup, was disappointed that it does leak. Thought maybe o didn’t screw the top on right or maybe I didn’t close the straw area correctly. Nope. Still leaking. Wet all his lunch in his lunch box and in return wet his backpack. Along with the clothes that we pack in case of “”accidents.” Disappointed it’s advertised as leak proof and it does leak. Will not be recommending this product. Search continues.

I bought this product, and THEN I looked at some of the negative reviews. They all seemed to be geared around issues with disassembly and reassembly. If the silicone straw is removed and put back incorrectly, it's very difficult to get it back in, but if it's reincerted the same way it's removed, it's a piece of cake pulling it back through.

I got these water bottles when I needed to replace the Dr Browns sippy cups my 2.5 year old twins had been using for over a year. They needed a faster flow and a larger capacity for holding water at preschool. I decided to check out the Bentgo brand because we had gotten lunchboxes for Christmas that we loved. These water bottles were a hit too! The flip top is easy for them to open on their own, the bottles don’t leak, and their favorite part is the cute prints. They know which print is theirs and get downright mad if you give them the wrong one. We ended up buying the entire matching set - not just the water bottle, but the backpack and lunch bag to go with the lunch box too. Our preschool teachers love that sharks are always one kid and puppies are always the other. No mixing up our stuff!

We received this as a gift for my daughter, who loves dogs, and it leaks so bad - has ever since we received it. We've even started only filling it halfway with water and it still leaks. It's as if the o-ring seal on the inside of the lid isn't doing its job, even though it is present. Super disappointed with this, especially since this is usually such a good brand.

Our family loves the Bentgo products! We own two kids lunch boxes, two chill lunch boxes, two kids snack boxes and a pack of the Buddies Reusable Ice Packs. All are amazing quality and great for school! This was our first time purchasing the kids cup and before we can even use it, I can’t for the life of me reassemble the lid pieces again. When I took the spout out to clean it, the two plastic pieces came off. I don’t know if this is normal or we got a faulty lid? I reached out to customer service and they were SO helpful. They made my problem right and I will continue to highly recommend Bentgo products to everyone. Amazing products AND amazing costumer service? What more could a consumer want!
