Hi Vivi1988, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear that your Bentgo Kids Water bottle is hard to drink from. We know how important it is for little ones to stay hydrated without frustration, and we’re here to help. The bottle is designed with a leak-proof lid and a safe-sip spout featuring a bite valve with a slow-flow opening. This design helps ensure water comes out gently and safely, while the fold-down straw keeps the spout clean when not in use. If your child is having some difficulty with the straw, here are a few tips that may help: - Make sure the straw and all components are securely attached and free from blockages. - Clean the straw and bite valve thoroughly with warm, soapy water to remove any residue. - When biting down on the straw, remind your child that it may take a little pressure to release the liquid. Many kids get the hang of it quickly with a little practice, but if the challenge continues, please don't hesitate to contact us directly at support@bentgo.com or 657-275-3738. Having your order details available will allow us get things taken care of more quickly. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We’d love the opportunity to help ensure your Bentgo Kids Water Bottle works just as it should for your family. We look forward to connecting with you soon! Thank you, Jessica Bentgo Customer Support
