Just needs to be a little softer. This is perfect for someone like me who watching their weight. I definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a confession to make. The grocery store was all out of the 12 grams protein meal bars so I got the 8 gram protein snack bars instead. I have never tried any of the Special K protein bars so this was going to be a treat for me anyway. I bought the Caramel Pretzel Cashew flavor. I'm not usually a sweet and salty together kind of girl but I figured I love Caramel, I love pretzels and I love cashews. So I was excited to give them a try. I expected them to be crunchy. They weren't crunchy or soft. They were in between. Great texture. Amazing flavor. I surprised myself. I never thought I would like sweet and salty together but I absolutely do. Well, I love this one anyway. So because of my wonderful experience with the snack bars, I will definitely be getting the meal bars as soon as they are available. The first flavor I want to try is the Chocolate Peanut Butter. And I will go down the list of all six flavors because I love protein bars in general and these are some of the best I have ever had. It satisfied my belly until supper time so I didn't have the "grouchies". I highly recommend Special K protein bars. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With my teaching job, I often do not have time to eat breakfast. This week I tried the Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bars in place of breakfast. Not only was the chocolate peanut butter flavor delicious, but it felt like I was eating dessert for breakfast! It was easy and convenient to eat one between cl:) and they left me satisfied until lunch time. I will definitely keep them stashed in my desk for those mornings I am rushed and need something to get me though the morning. I am anxious to try some of the other flavors like the chocolate caramel but I really loved the chocolate peanut butter and would recommend it!

It's made with cocoa and no synthetic colors or dyes. I love chocolate and peanut butter together and neither one of them overpowered the other in this bar. I also like that they're not too sweet. I enjoyed eating them by themselves but I also enjoyed them with a nice cold glass of milk. They make a great meal replacement bar because you're left feeling full. They're great for on-the-go or a snack to hold you over until your next meal. I will definitely buy these again and I'm going to try all the other flavors.

The chocolate tasted like dark chocolate and I couldn't really taste the peanut butter. I think a sweeter bar would taste better but this would be good for an on the go snack.

I have eaten these for a long time as I have digestion issues. This last box that I bought are completely different. They now have whole peanuts in them, and are extremely salty and taste bad! Please go back to the original recipe. Now I have to find a new protein bar. Disappointed.
