[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for selecting me to try these. I am always struggling to get enough protein and these were the perfect protein pick me up - who can go wrong when chocolate and peanut butter are involved.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting this to be chalky and just bearable to replace a meal or get some protein when I'm super busy with my twins and forgot to eat. But I actually really enjoyed eating it! It was more like a treat than a replacement meal. Yea the very first bite you can tell it's got that protein-y taste but it kind of fades and I just enjoyed the chocolatey peanut buttery goodness. My kids thought they were chocolate candy bars so I cut some into little squares and let them munch on them when we were out and knew lunch would be late. I am actually excited to try some of the fruit flavors because they'll prolly be even better at hiding that protein-y initial taste.

I always worry about getting enough protein in my diet, especially since I try to avoid meat and milk in my diet. These new Protein Meal Bars give me the protein I need in a convenient and tasty bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a child with medical needs, my son often has little to no appetite. I am often looking for ways to supplement his diet. The special k meal replacement bars are a perfect way to make sure he's getting the protein he needs. He loved the taste of the chocolate peanut butter bars, comparing them to a granola bar. I loved that he was getting the health benefits out of something that is so easy to toss into a bag for on the go. We look forward to trying other flavors in the near future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This year I’m focused on incorporating more protein into my diet. Most other protein products leave a chalky taste in your mouth. This did not at all. I love the flavor and the convenience of grabbing a bar before I run out the door. This bar helps me stay full longer without sacrificing all of the flavor and nutrients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Special K Chocolate Peanutbutter Protein Meal Bars, and they were fabulous! The combination is to die for! They kept me full until my next meal. I highly recommend these!! I can't wait to try the blueberry scone next!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually tried the chocolate peanut pecan bars as that's one of only two varieties I could find. They were delicious and the perfect combination of chocolate and nuts. Tasted like a candy bar and very filling. I am looking forward to tasting the strawberry or blueberry flavor next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I thought the taste was good, I didn't particularly like the texture. It was just like other protein bars that I have had, grainy and chalky. My daughter, however, loves them and ate most of the box!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor & chocolate coating were nice but the texture was a bit grainy and dry. I recommend eating this with a coffee or milk type drink. I don't typically eat this type of bar but I have been trying to lose weight & make some changes so I wanted to give them a try. All in all it wasn't bad. If you are expecting it to taste like a candy bar you will be disappointed. If you expect it to tast like a protein bar, you'll love it! It does satisfy your hunger and did keep me full for several hours which is a big benefit when trying to slim down.
