From the taste of the peanut butter and chocolate to the feeling of satisfaction and the feeling of being full after they are great! My daughters have even started taking them for their sports snack while doing volleyball and softball. My youngest daughter even loves lem for her breakfast in the morning. Definitely an on the go meal for all occasions

My son and I eat these everyday. We love the chocolate peanut butter flavor the best of all the Special K bars! They are great for breakfast or taking in the car for some quick protein! My son eats one after his workouts. Super Delicious & packed with protein!

Great for on the go, easily fits into your purse, bag or backpack. The bars had the perfect mixture of peanut butter & chocolate and did not taste dry .

It does have a slight aftertaste but that seems to be the norm for protein bars. My teen daughter loves grabbing one of these to help curb her hunger until supper. I think they're great for holding you over until the next meal and I will be purchasing again. This flavor was definitely my favorite!

They have 12 g of proteins and if you count carbs you might want to stay away from these as if they have 21 g of total carbs. Overall good for those who don't get enough protein or looking to add protein like myself.

And more importantly these were not too dry. I’ve tried many protein bars that are dry and crumbly and I don’t like them. This is a great protein bar to have as a sweet snack.

Surprizingly enough it made me full and kept me from feeling hungry till dinner time. Only 4 stars because it is a little dry and dense. I have TMJ so hard chewing is painful
