I purchased several Bentgo containers last September and a few have mold now . I contacted customer aero d and they were very helpful in getting my items replaced! I love ALL of their products and I am sure to recommend them to ALL my fellow lunchbox moms . I use them for all 5 of my kids!!

Great size, the handle comes in handy for scootering around the neighborhood with hydration in handy, and the design matches perfectly with the stainless steel container that’s also purple with unicorns! We brought it to a soccer practice and it didn’t make it home….so be sure to LABEL it with a name and number to contact! A $15 lesson learned 😅

We started using them when my son was 5, he just turned 7 and he loves it. Recently my son forgot his at school and it got ruined, I went to buy another one online and found out they had a 2 year warranty so I contacted support, I tried the solutions they gave, it helped a little but it was already ruined so they sent me another one which arrives literally two days later if not the next day. Looking forward to buy the next size!!

We bought our bentgo well over a year ago, and one of the latches broke. I contacted customer service to request a shell replacement at my expense. They went above and beyond and are replacing the whole bentgo container as no cost to me. I will forever be a bentgo customer!

My toddler has been using this lunch box for 8 months and it works great to keep the food fresh with no leakage. However the seal needs to be cleaned immediately as mold may grow fast. I contacted customer service and got fast responses and a replacement. The warranty really works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Revceived the purple Bentgo Box and have been packing my Granddaughters lunch in it. She absolutely loves it!. I like the convenience and easy cleanup. Perfect portion sizes too. Recommended to anyone that needs to pack for kids meals.

We have 4 (2 for each kid) and love as a way to organize their lunches for daycare/school. Keeps everything fresh and easy cleanup. Kids don't have to sort out whats lunch and snacks, they know they just grab their Bentgo and it has everything they need for lunch. Only reason its not 5 stars is sometimes its hard to fit a full sandwich, so we are most likely going to get the Bentgo Fresh for a bigger sandwich section.

I bought this lunch box about 10 months ago. It is perfect box to keep my daughter's lunch hot or cold. I reach out with instruction on cleaning it. The Bentgo team replied quickly. They were very knowledgeable about what to us and the outcome of those products. When the steps they suggested didn't work they stepped in. I appreciate companies like this. I will continue to support Bentgo.

I love all the features of this lunch box, my son is on the spectrum for autism and has a very selective diet, I love that it conveniently has individual compartments for food, while keeping it from spilling or touching all while keeping food fresh. It’s design is very sleek and durable. I also love the fact I don’t have a cupboard full of containers! I’m very happy with my purchase. A piece did break off and wasn’t latching securely, I reached out to costumer service and juliene was kind enough to make a replacement for us. Great product !!

I bought these for my three and five year old for school.. It's a good size and fits enough food for lunchtime, with no leaks. They can also open and close it on their own (with a little practice for the younger one). Despite our best care efforts, mold developed on the silicone seal after a year. The warranty is real, folks! They are replacing it after a straightforward email exchange. It makes the pricetag worth it, since it can last several years.
