The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

We got 1 pink Bentgo Chill Box for our daughter’s snack time at school. She enjoys fresh cool fruit everyday and it’s easy to clean! We also have a blue Kids box for our son for pre-school. Very pleased with the quality and colors on these containers!

Great seal and good compartments for packing our toddlers' lunches--we've been happily using them for years now. One caution: if you're going to wash and put away clean, make sure to keep the lid open or ensure the interior is completely dry: we had some molding on the silicone when we didn't fully dry before putting a closed box in the cabinet.

I bought this for my daughter when she was coming home from school not finishing her lunch because she didn’t have enough time to open everything! This lunch container helped tremendously with helping her be able to finish her lunch in a timely manner! Wouldn’t ever switch back to not using this!!!

Love our Bentgo… we use it all the time. The compartments are all different sized which allows me to send a variety of snacks. My son can open and close the clips with ease and it’s easy to wash. Have never had a leak or a “spill over” from one compartment to another. I’d highly recommend

We purchased one earlier this year and it developed mold on the inside which I couldn't get off. Their customer service was very understanding and is sending a new one for my son. I love how child-friendly these are and my kids love them. Thank you, Bentgo!

This box was phenomenal however after using it for awhile we noticed the top of the bentgo on the inside was starting to get damaged great product just something to be aware of I did reach out to customer service and they were extremely helpful I would definitely recommend bentgo and will continue to use their products

I bought this box about a year ago for my daughter starting Pre K. We use it on a daily basis and unfortunately after a few months, we were noticing some issues with it. I decided to reach out to their customer service and they were fantastic! So quick to reply and resolve the issue. Will definitely continue to purchase from this company! The box is perfect for school and we take it on road trips and outings regularly. My daughter loves it!

My daughter received the Bentgo Brights lunch box as a gift last year. And recently one of the clips was broken. I reached out to the company and they were quick to send out a replacement lunch box - I'm so glad my daughter will have a new lunch box for the new school year, this saves a lot of $$ especially in today's economic tough times. The lunch box is very cute and my kindergarten loves that it gives her different little compartments for food. It is relatively leak proof ( I only put ketchup in the small little compartment and it did not leak). However a huge no go for me is, that it developed mold on the rubber insider the lid just after few weeks of use. It’s impossible to get out and after scrubbing it off, it keeps coming back and has a terrible smell to it.
