I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.

I love the box. a plastic piece broke making it so that I could not 'lock' one of the clips and I contacted customer service and they are able to replace the outer shell via this review. The box is the perfect size etc. everything I need for both of my kids lunches so I am glad I will be able to keep using it with the replacement outer shell. I wish it hadn't broken to start but am happy with the customer service.

My 4 year old loves this lunchbox, and so do I! It is so easy to separate her food because it’s the end of the world if it touches. It has plenty of compartments for different food options. The seal is great for preventing leaks and it keeps crispy food crispy even in the fridge overnight. It’s also super easy to clean and affordable! I will definitely buy these for my youngest when she gets to school too!

My kids LOVE their Bentgo lunchboxes. We like to switch up which color the kids take to school each day! They are easy to open.close, easy to clean, and provide just the right amount of space for school lunch. We also love these for road trips/airplane rides. They stack well and make for easy travel.

There is plenty of spaces to put several types of food and even a spot for some dipping sauce. The tray is microwave safe which is great when you want to have a warm lunch. It's easy to clean and the kids love it!

We bought two of these purple lunch boxes for our preschooler, since her school does not provide lunch. We follow the cleaning instructions diligently (insert goes in the dishwasher, outer box is hand-washed as soon as it arrives home. Despite good care, the inside of the cover has developed black mold that we are unable to remove.

My daughter has used multiple bent go boxes for the past year and they've definitely made her eat healthier. One of the plastics( securing clips) recently cracked on the box and I had the opportunity to test out the customer service and warranty. I can confidently say that this company has amazing service and they immediately replaced the box. I will buy more of their products.

8 years and counting my kids, nieces and nephews all use this box daily for school lunch ! They love it and I love the customer service we just received! One of our boxes failed where the latches connect- the bar/ridge that it latches to stripped away. It was within the 2 year warranty so I reached out to customer service. In one business day I had a reply and a resolution. I provided the necessary feedback and a new box is already on its way. Bentgo support was efficient, effective and pleasant to work with!! This has been so wonderful this year for my daughter in kindergarten. It is easy to open and fits a half sandwich or 2 cupcake sized liners for crackers and meat. It is the perfect size for her lunch box and keeps everything separate which is a huge deal for some little kids.
