The silicone material that is on the inside lid of the container, the 'leakproof technology' turns moldy after awhile. I've been using this for my son for about 3 years, and now there is a black mold on the silicone that is impossible to remove. Seems like it's better to go with an all-BPA free plastic container or a metal container.

We've been using these boxes for a few years now - starting in preschool and now through first grade! They are easy for all three of my children to open, and able to keep food nice and separated like little kids like. We never have any problems with leaking. We've had to replace a few due to the latch breaking, but we use them every day so not terribly surprising.

We are huge bentgo fans! The compartments make it fun and easy to pack a variety of snacks. Completely leak proof!! My son recently dropped and cracked his box. Dealing with customer service was fast and easy! Even tho our warranty didn’t cover the drop. They offered to send a replacement at no cost.

We ordered this bottle with the matching backpack, and our son loves the design (Shark). The bottle is very durable/leakproof, and our 5-year-old has definitely taken it to the test. The bottle is simple to clean, and the removable straw still holds up well and, so far, shows no signs of wearing out. Our son initially had an issue drinking out of the bottle since he wasn't used to the mouthpiece. After further looking into it, it seemed that we received a bad item. We contacted Bentgo customer service and swiftly received feedback and a new replacement! Shoutout to Nicholas! He was very friendly and supportive throughout the entire process! Great product and support!

My kids have been using various versions of these boxes for over two years now and we love them! They are great for hiking, school and other outings. They seem like the perfect size for toddler portions. We had one issue after almost daily use where the latch broke on the outer case. Customer service was good and offered to replace it for us. Definitely recommend this product.

We’ve used these for about a year now for my 4 & 6 year olds. We love the convenience of them, how easy they are for the kids to open, and how many options you can make your lunch into using these. Not the best for older kids as portions are small. Also be sure to hand wash and air dry to prevent any small moldy spots in silicone. Otherwise, super high quality product.

We bought this a year ago and one of the clip's to shut the box broke recently and wouldn't allow the box to shut properly anymore. I reached out to the support team, and they very quickly responded and are replacing it so we have it in time for the school year coming up. Thank you for excellent support.

We bought this a couple months ago when our son started preschool and he has been loving his Bentgo Box ever since. He gets so excited about lunch and eating with his friends at school (where most of his friends actually have the same lunch box) It's totally a hit and we can see him using it for so many years to come! I reached out to them on a weekend to ask for safe ways to remove mold from my son's bentgo box as he forgot it at school. They were super fast to respond ( on a weekend) and gave me solutions to try to resolve the problem. When that did not work they offered a replacement. We have a good amount of their products and have not had any issues. Will gladly continue to buy these for our 3 kids who take lunch to school daily.
