Keeps cold food cold yet only keeps hot foods warm after 3-4 hr, even when you "heat" the container with hot water first. Still getting used to opening the vacuum sealed lid. Overall, a fairly well made product.

This container is really handy, it keeps food warm for a few hours and makes lunch packing easy! Running it under hot water before putting food in helps keep food warm longer.

I’ve used this a hand full of times, hand washed only and for some reason the lid is stuck on and i can’t get it off. I don’t know what happened but I now need to throw it out. A waste of money. Don’t bother.

We accidentally washed the lid in the dishwasher and water got stuck in it. I couldn’t for the life of me get it out. It’s a nice container sometimes my lil one find it’s hard to open because of her little hands.

It’s very well made. I like how thoughtful it is that they put a have to release steam. Just know that it might be to hard for little kids to open it so it’s a better option for adults.

The first time I put hot water and closed it to warm up. The lid popped enough that it would start to leak. Second time I use it did the same thing, sounded very loud. Third time was in my daughters lunch pale and ended up with soup all over it.

Bought this a couple of months ago and lid is already broken. I have two and with both, it’s hard for kids to open! Does not keep food warm for a long time either!

I bought this for my children’s and it works perfect, it keeps your food hot for more than 5 hours, also the container size can fit into any lunchbag, best product. Thank you Bentgo.

With a busy schedule, I expect my kids food as well as our to be warm when we get back home . Following the instructions on how to use this insulated steel is the reason why we get back to warm food after long hours .

...I wish it was easier to clean behind the rubber plug. I removed it and it's a pain to get back in (still struggling with it).
