I purchased this product in the lead up to winter as o love my soups. Despite warming my meals up for an extended period of time in before placing into the bentgo container, 4 hours later my soup is cold! Not even warm. For the price of the product I’m very disappointed

I brought the pink container few months ago for my daughter to go to school it was working fine, until 2 weeks days ago It hasn’t been keeping her food hot don’t know if she dropped it I’m having trouble keeping the lid close it would just popped up open

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this insulated container this last month to take lunches with me for work. It works great to keep food warm all day. Easy to clean and use. My daughters also love to use when they don’t like the school lunches.

The lid is has retained water from the dishwasher and I can't get it out.

Keeps cold food cold yet only keeps hot foods warm after 3-4 hr, even when you "heat" the container with hot water first. Still getting used to opening the vacuum sealed lid. Overall, a fairly well made product.

With a busy schedule, I expect my kids food as well as our to be warm when we get back home . Following the instructions on how to use this insulated steel is the reason why we get back to warm food after long hours .

We accidentally washed the lid in the dishwasher and water got stuck in it. I couldn’t for the life of me get it out. It’s a nice container sometimes my lil one find it’s hard to open because of her little hands.

This container is really handy, it keeps food warm for a few hours and makes lunch packing easy! Running it under hot water before putting food in helps keep food warm longer.

The first time I put hot water and closed it to warm up. The lid popped enough that it would start to leak. Second time I use it did the same thing, sounded very loud. Third time was in my daughters lunch pale and ended up with soup all over it.

It’s very well made. I like how thoughtful it is that they put a have to release steam. Just know that it might be to hard for little kids to open it so it’s a better option for adults.
