Great cooking oil. Avocado oil is a great neutral oil for cooking and has a high smoke point. I’ve used it to shallow fry potato’s and as my go to cooking oil for eggs, meat and left over reheat. Little to no favor with the oil so it won’t impact cooking.

I didnt quite know what to use this on when I first got it. But since it was for high heat I decided to use it to fry up some battered zucchini. It added so much flavor to them it was absolutely delicious. Did not leave the food overly greasy either.

I'm seriously loving this Member's Mark Avocado Oil! It's become my new go-to for pretty much everything in the kitchen. The description says it's "versatile," and they are not kidding. I normally buy a very specific brand of avocado oil, but glad I took a chance on the Member’s Mark Avocado Oil. I used it cooking Mongolian Beef, fried zucchini, hash browns, and eggs. All came out perfectly and retained their own flavors without the oil ending up adding taste. One of the biggest issues with the variety of oils is it adding flavor to things you may not want it to, this avocado oil is NOT one of those!

Members mark avocado oil is just as good if not better tasting than the majority of high priced brands. It's a very healthy and versatile oil compared to many of the manufactured oils out there. It has a smoke point between 420° up to 480° which is amazing for pan frying or my preffered method of deep frying. It's also very versatile when it comes to an ingredient itself. Any oil you would nearly use can be substituted for this avacodo oil. It's very mild as well. I've heard many people say they wouldn't use avocado oil because they don't eat or like avocados, but give it a try and I bet you will not be upset. Add the health factor which is amazing! If you havent tried it, give it a try.
