Bought two treadmills and within the first week the control boards went out on both. Still haven't been able to replace one of them because it's impossible to get in contact with NordicTrack without being put on hold for hours.

We are very much enjoying the new X16! I can track and save all my workout data. Sync it with my phone App. The machine runs very smooth and is easy operate and has a great display. Its big so you don't feel confined and great to run on.

The machine is a perfect fit for my needs. the price was a little high and i know the focus is on selling memberships with ifit however once you can get in without a membership it works really well.

LOVE this treadmill so far! Quiet and Easy to use- I'm a long distance runner and this is perfect for everyday use!

Treadmill is a amazing, the steepness grade is the best, combo of running treadmill + steep walking.

Third incline trainer I’ve purchased, this machine combined with iFIT program is ideal for me
