Ankles feet shins, and lower back are free of pain after a workout. I am 74 and once I get on this treadmill I do not want to get off lol. Excellent price, excellent warranty, excellent iFit programs with exceptional scenery. I love my X16 NordikTrack treadmill.

I got this incline treadmill in hopes that I could still get a good heavy workout to stay healthy. A couple months in and it absolutely delivers! 3,000 vertical feet a day and I feel great!

I get in 6 miles (working to 10) every other day and my knees feel great after each run. Even the day after. That's my biggest thing. The treadmill feels just like one at the gym so I feel like the quality is top notch.

We don't live near an affordable, well-designed gym, so in looking for cardio equipment to our our home gym, this treadmill easily rose to the top of the list. It's easy to use - I personally love watching Netflix or Prime while my partner loves the guided workouts. Only a few considerations - it's VERY heavy, do I don't recommend purchasing this device if you need to move it around on a regular basis. The speed changes are immediate, which takes a couple reps to get used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The treadmill is amazing and I love the incline. The computer has already froze a few times and I needed to reset it so I’m sure this will turn into an issue down the road but no regrets. I love it.

The treadmill itself is excellent, so stable and solid. I do have issues when I'm manually increasing/decreasing speed/incline. It does not show whether you are changing incline so I'm not sure I actually pressed it properly which is odd. Another issue is I absolutely could not pair my Coros watch or my Apple Airpods with the tv. It was incredibly frustrating and I eventually gave up.
