Bought two treadmills and within the first week the control boards went out on both. Still haven't been able to replace one of them because it's impossible to get in contact with NordicTrack without being put on hold for hours.

The machine is a perfect fit for my needs. the price was a little high and i know the focus is on selling memberships with ifit however once you can get in without a membership it works really well.

Working from home made me realize I needed a solid treadmill, and this one definitely delivers. Love being able to hop on for a quick walk between Zoom calls or get in a serious run after work. The decline feature is awesome for when I want to mix things up - really makes it feel more like running outside. It's also surprisingly quiet, which is huge since my home office is nearby. Only downsides are the screen (bit small and can't tilt it) and sometimes the interface gets sluggish when I'm really sweating. But honestly, these are pretty minor given how well it performs overall. Put it together mostly alone, though having someone help with a few parts made it easier.
