Recently upgraded from a older proform that had about 8k miles on it and the 3 year change in technology is quite nice. The whole system is quieter and feels more stable. I went with the commercial series because my treadmill is in my home office and i need it to fold away when not in use which the more expensive x series does not do.

They left the treadmill on pallets in our driveway at night without coming to the door or otherwise contacting us hours after the delivery window which was already 3 days later than what I scheduled when ordering. Now it has to stay outside overnight and hopefully not get damaged or stolen because they came 5 hours after the end of the delivery window with no communication after my spouse had left for work. Crazy unacceptable service that will have me cancelling my Sam's credit card and membership. Will update review of actual product if I ever get to use it! But 10/10 DO NOT get delivered.

My husband and I really like this treadmill. It is very quiet and the track is very cushioned. I do have a couple of negative issues. We wish there were individual settings to track the progress of all of the users. This treadmill does not have that capability. We also would like it to have a longer time when pausing a routine that you are in without resetting. Currently if you do not continue your routine within a 2 minute pause, it loses your program.

To be honest, it doesn't seem like the quality my last 1750 was. . not much room here, but I really can't believe I can't connect my Bluetooth devices to this treadmill. My last one I had was five years ago and it connected just fine… it's one of the reasons why I enjoyed using these Nordic tracks that I could connect to it and didn't find out until the machine was set up in my office that I could not connect to it and play my music through the treadmill speakers… completely disappointed

I can't speak to the quality of the treadmill yet, but I can warn anyone considering the purchase of this treadmill. Sam's gave one day to schedule for delivery. That day came and went with zero communication and no delivery. I called and was told they'd call me after the weekend with a delivery estimate. Never happened. 6 days after the date they promised to deliver it they say it's out for delivery and will arrive between 8am and 2pm. Didn't happen. Still no sign of the item and I'm afraid of I'm not home to inspect the box I may be getting a damaged treadmill. Long story short, this isn't the place to buy a treadmill. So disappointed in Sam's. If you don't carry the item, just don't bother selling it. Good luck if you do decide to get it from here.

I absolutely love my treadmill. The fact it guides me through my walk while adjusting the speed and incline, is a major plus for me. I also love that I can watch Netflix while being able to see when the speed and incline are going to change. My only regret is not getting one sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall has been good so far, except the squeaking is insane. I connect the hydronic lift underneath the board and still can't seem to find why it is so bad. Happens when we run on each step so I am thinking it has to do with the cushion. I need to get that fixed because it is so extremely loud

I have had this for less than 1 month and already has begun to make loud noises when I use it. I am trying to set up a repair but I have yet to have my treadmill serviced. I am hoping they will repair it. I weigh less than 120lbs, my treadmill should be able to handle daily use.

I upgraded to the 1750 when my NordicTrack C990's motor went out after many miles. (We're giving that to our son who can replace the motor. ) I love the 1750 bc of the added decline feature and the rotating screen so I can do off-treadmill workouts without watching on my android. The C990 screen made workouts always seem to be at dusk as it could not be adjusted down. (I'm 5'3". ) I had to get on my tiptoes to see the sunshine in the workouts. Now, I can see all the scenery as it was recorded. Love it!

Love this machine. Sturdy and well made. But why would NordicTrack design iFit for only one type of athlete who wants to follow a trainer who annoyingly drones on. I've been disappointed in the lack of flexibility to create "my" workout with interval training and random inclines throughout an interval workout. And lastly that there are no virtual running sessions. I've resorted to YouTube virtual running videos on my TV. And don't get me started with Apple compatibility. Very disappointing when it comes to programming. BUT. . . Buy it for the machine. Wow.
