Everything you need in a treadmill!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is perfect for me! I love that it automatically adjusts incline and speed, and is awesome! I don't use all the apps but it's cool you can use those. I'm getting a great workout and couldn't love this more!

NordicTrack T Series 8 Treadmill

My husband and I really like this treadmill. It is very quiet and the track is very cushioned. I do have a couple of negative issues. We wish there were individual settings to track the progress of all of the users. This treadmill does not have that capability. We also would like it to have a longer time when pausing a routine that you are in without resetting. Currently if you do not continue your routine within a 2 minute pause, it loses your program.

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY

I can’t speak to the quality of the treadmill yet, but I can warn anyone considering the purchase of this treadmill. Sam’s gave one day to schedule for delivery. That day came and went with zero communication and no delivery. I called and was told they’d call me after the weekend with a delivery estimate. Never happened. 6 days after the date they promised to deliver it they say it’s out for delivery and will arrive between 8am and 2pm. Didn’t happen. Still no sign of the item and I’m afraid of I’m not home to inspect the box I may be getting a damaged treadmill. Long story short, this isn’t the place to buy a treadmill. So disappointed in Sam’s. If you don’t carry the item, just don’t bother selling it. Good luck if you do decide to get it from here.

Defective product

We bought this on 11/7/25 and we have not been able to use it, as of 1/12/26. We bought it from Sam’s Club, got it home, put it together and it does not work. We had to call Nordic Track and they sent someone to repair it on 12/13. When the repair man got there, he realized it was 2 defective cables. The order for the 2 defective cables was placed and they arrived this past week. The repair man cannot get back here until 1/20/26 due to his schedule. I just want a working treadmill.

Unacceptable service

They left the treadmill on pallets in our driveway at night without coming to the door or otherwise contacting us hours after the delivery window which was already 3 days later than what I scheduled when ordering. Now it has to stay outside overnight and hopefully not get damaged or stolen because they came 5 hours after the end of the delivery window with no communication after my spouse had left for work. Crazy unacceptable service that will have me cancelling my Sam’s credit card and membership. Will update review of actual product if I ever get to use it! But 10/10 DO NOT get delivered.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Very disappointed in NordicTrack's product, and customer service. I purchased this treadmill from Sam's Club at the start of January. After putting together the treadmill, I found that there was an issue with the motor at walking speeds. The weight of the person walking (I am 190lbs) would cause the treadmill to nearly come to a complete stop. I called NordicTrack/IFit's customer service and was on wait for over an hour until they finally acknowledged that there was an issue with the machine and recommended I have a service member come to my house to diagnose the problem. They did not schedule for the person to come for another two weeks. Once the technician came, he was unable to diagnose the problem and told me to expect to hear back from the customer service department the next day. Yet again, customer service did not attempt to call, so I had to call the following week. Once I called and told them my service claim number, they said that they would replace the motor, but would call back again the next day...It has been another week with no communication from them. I've had this treadmill for over a month, and have yet to be able to use it. If you are thinking about buying from NordicTrack, I would avoid them at all costs. Their customer service department is beyond disappointing, and response time is comical. Thank you to Sam's Club for still allowing us to return the product, after a disappointing month of putting our trust into NordicTrack. Never again will I buy from NordicTrack.

Terrible shipping.

Honesty can't say if it's a good treadmill or not. It has been out for delivery twice now and when I called the number they said it is at the hub 2 hours away and won't be able to be delivered for probably 2 more days because of the weekend. I am having hard time understanding why it has come to the town I live in and then be driven back twice now. The company that originally shipped it could only say wow.

Delivery is a joke. Have delivery date and that came and past with no communication. I called they said oh it's coming today Dec 4th. I told him to verify with driver. He calls back oh it will be next day or Saturday. told him forget it and cancel my order The delivery truck was sitting in GA on some road for 2 days following GPS. Driver didn't feel like driving I guess to NC
