FRER have been my go to pregnancy tests for 14 years. Almost all those years the tests have been flawless except when they had those awful curved handle tests that often had bad indents and now whatever they did to these. Yes they are just indents, no I have not had 9 chemical pregnancies for 9 months straight. Here is one of the 8 tests that I got a faint lines on when I was 8 weeks postpartum and on birth control. Every month after that I continued to get faint lines that literally pop up within 2 minutes. I see other women’s tests with the same line probably a dozen a day on an app I’m on and no for the ignorant ladies in the back we ALL aren’t having chemicals. I have never had this problem until this year, I’m sure they’ll blame it on COVID if they ever even say anything about all the complaints. Also for that ignorant person who said the test line needs to be as dark as the control line for it to be positive must not know how to read because the instructions say otherwise.

I have been a huge fan of first response with my other babies, but the ones I just bought already had a positive line BEFORE I even used it! That's so irritating when you are 3 days late and you just want to know if you're pregnant or not! I will never buy first response again. Their tests need recalled immediately.

These tests use to be more accurate. I tested negative today. I have tested negative with these tests in the past and they were always wrong. I think they don’t detect hcg as early as they claim. I test the day of my miss period and I don’t usually get a positive until a couple days after my missed period. Why be call early pregnancy test when it’s really not as detectable as they claim to be? Well I will never purchase another one of these tests ever again. Always disappoints me.

I bought the new curve handle pregnancy test. I had 3 come up nothing then 2 positive later on to find out they were false positives!!!!!! Do u know how heartbreaking that was after having a traumatic miscarriage at 21 weeks in june!!!!!!!! I thought I was getting me a baby just to be heartbroken again!!!! I will never buy this product again and will let everyone I know not to buy it also!!!! Horrible product

I got a the 2 pack box with the early response and digital. I took the digital and got a positive. I was so excited. Waited a bit took the regular got a negative. Even more confused sent my husband for another pack a different brand all negative. I’m so disappointed. Especially after a loss 2 months ago.

It's been 2 years since my last baby and they have since changed the tests. Before when it was positive, the test line would get darker and darker with each day. Now, the control line comes up first and the test line is so light. I had my first positive 5 days ago. The test line should be really dark by now. It's not. For women who have had losses, this is just horrible. The peace of mind is that line getting darker and darker. Please go back to the old tests.

I bought several boxes of these tests this month. I got positives on MANY 6 days sooner, the rapid and digital tests. I had blood work done last week to confirm pregnancy. My HCG level was <1. I took another First Response test after that result and got another positive. I therefore decided to try other brands and only got negatives. I decided to have my blood drawn again a few days later and got the same result (negative). My husband and I spent close to $100 (if not more), just this month on tests. These tests are not cheap! It was a waste. We kept buying this brand as it is supposed to be the best. These tests caused a very emotional week and heartbreak. I’ll stick with my cheap tests from Amazon as they are more accurate and affordable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am unsure of the purpose of a twist design. I feel it made the test more difficult to read. I had to hold both tests up the light to make sure they were negative. I was hoping for a positive test but I will keep trying for a baby. I prefer the non-twist tests.

It's heartbreaking to go through a loss, only to get your hopes up when that second line is there at the 3 minute mark. Only to discover it's an indent, and a recurring problem that no one in charge seems to care about. Forst Response used to be my favorite brand, and I will no longer be recommending. All 4 of my tests came back with indents within minutes 4 days in a row

I purchased many different pregnancy tests during my TWW. I ended up taking all of the pregnancy tests the day before my missed period and this one was the only one that showed I was pregnant! Unfortunately that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 11 weeks but these will be the only tests I buy from now on!!
