In the last 3 months I have bought about 5 boxes of these. I am done buying this brand until they make a change. Every single test I get a faint line that could be an early positive and each time I get my hopes up. The new design is awful and really needs to be fixed. In my pregnancy group online we always recommend taking a first response early response test but not any more.

I used FRER for my last two pregnancies as I used to trust them. Now with TTC our third baby I bought them again only to get terrible indents which I thought was actually a positive test result only to find out I wasn’t actually pregnant and had to crush my family’s spirit by telling them the tests had given me false positives.

I hate this test compared to the old style, this one leaves terrible indent and evaporation lines even with in the time frame! First response used to be my go to test when trying to conceive, now I favour other cheap brands because they don't leave the indents these new curved tests do.

If I could give these tests 0 stars I would. I bought 2 boxes last week to test. All the tests came back with faint faint positives. They were a light pink and almost grey. Every single test was a false positive. I started my period today. Although I did not want another baby, I recently had a miscarriage a few months ago so I was taking tests to just give me peace of mind and instead I was HORRIFIED. Imaging trying to conceive and a reputable pregnancy test company is KNOWINGLY selling defective tests. There are TONS of reviews saying the same thing my review says. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!!!

This pregnancy test has a wider tip and a longer curved handle, making it easier to hold and to target. But what I love the most is that I can test early. For us that is trying for a baby, we always want to test and know early. I know that I can test as early as 6 days before my period, but to be safe, I tested 3-4 days before my period. The result shows that it's negative and sure enough my period did came, so it's accurate and it's easy to use. I received complimentary product in exchange for an honest review. However, all opinions expressed here are my own.

Just both the 3 test kit, rapid, early and digital, as you can see in the picture the digital is saying no while the rapid and early are as positive as it gets. After disassembling the digital test as you can see in the picture below it does have to lines. The question is why did it say no? Why so? Is the digital one damaged?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The First Response early result pregnancy test is practically idiot proof. The test stick has has a slight curve to it, so you are less likely to get...splashed. The results showed up quickly and clearly.

I use to buy frer since my cycle is irregular. Since may I notice some of the test had evaps so I stopped buying for a while hoping for will fix this. In August happened again so I peed on a different test since I was already late and negative on that brand. Finally got a period in Oct. I hope the company fix this. Being non pregnant and creating a confusing evap can take a emotional toll on someone.

This test is the worst. Over the past week and a half I've gotten at least 3 false positives. There is an unmistakable pink line that shows up within the time frame. Only it never got darker or thicker with passing days and a new test. Will not purchase again.

Both the original FRER and the digital gave me false positives on TWO separate occasions!! We have been trying for 5 years so if you can imagine, we were heartbroken when the blood test came back with 0 hcg!! FIX THIS FIRST RESPONSE!! I will never buy these tests again!
