[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product , and I took it at 14 dpo and I got a false positive. I am very disappointed.

I've been trying for years to get pregnant and I keep getting false positives. Spending money on other tests and blood work for them to tell me I'm not pregnant. WHY IS THIS STILL ON THE SHELVES?!

Simple and straightforward, easy to read. I like that you get 2 in the box, just in case you do one wrong, or to confirm the first result. Anytime I've used it, it has been negative and I've never been pregnant, so I guess it's worked 100% of the time for me!

I have used these tests a couple of times now and they give you a false positive result and when you have been trying to conceive for 16 months, any bit of hope, followed by disappointment is really damaging. I really thought this was my month with the result I got but it was a false positive, which apparently are SO rare but seem to be more common with first response. Also it's incredibly expensive to keep spending money on tests.

I recently bought several boxes of FRER as we are TTC. Every single test I took had what I thought was a faint line and it turns out they were just horrible indents. This is really discouraging for someone constantly trying to get pregnant. I got so excited and then just let down.

These used to be so good, but recently I've seen so many evap lines. I've experienced one myself as well as so many other women trying to conceive. The heartbreak it causes when you think it's positive and then it's not, is awful Please fix your tests!

These used to be the best test on the market. Then the curved handles were the worst. Now they are back to "normal", except that you get an indent on every test. Which if heartbreaking. I know thousands of women who are getting this same result. What did you do to these tests? Wish I could give zero stars

For the last three months I've had nothing but disappointment from this brand. The first month I was getting positive results when I was not pregnant. The second and third month it was the faint pink lines that caused me to buy more and more boxes only to find out I was not pregnant. All within the proper time lines. I had a mc earlier in the year and so ttc has been emotionally draining as it is. Never again will I use this brand and I have to say that is the overall consensus in most ttc groups I am in. Unfortunate

I took this test after work on a Wed when I was set to get my period Monday. Got a positive result. Double checked with a different brand that claimed to show positive results 5 days prior to missed period and that test came up negative. Re-tested with First Response and it was positive again! Don't wast your money on any other brand!

A bit of a background to my review. I had a period which was not the normal for me, it never lasts only 3 days and remain super light! So I bought a box of FRER. I watched that second line come up in the 3 min time frame window. Scared because I was at the time 8 months PP, and ecstatic because another baby! Well I tested for the following 8 days to see a line progression. The only darker line I got was on 10/17/21. That was the darkest line I had gotten. I continued to test because the digital pregnancy tests I had taken were coming back negative. So I thought maybe I wasn't producing enough HCG, and then because the lines started becoming inconsistent I thought maybe I was having a chemical pregnancy but didn't bleed. I spent an entire month confused as to what could have possibly been going on. I spent so much money buying these tests because I had 8 consecutive days of positive tests. First Response you have got to do something about these indent lines or whatever is going on with your tests because one moment I was under the impression I was pregnant and the next I thought something else was going on. I've had 2 beautiful girls, 2 and a half and 9 months old. I never had this issue before! I've trusted FRER so much because when it was negative, it was negative for sure and when it was positive, it was positive! I'm extremely disappointed that this actually is a thing with these sticks! I know I'm not pregnant because it is literally a month later and I'm on my period. I dont know what's going on, but whatever it is I hope you fix this issue. I would ask for my money back but I don't even think yall would that. Any ladies out there, please approach taking these tests with caution and do it the day of your expected period for the most accurate results. I'm very weary of these now.
