Bought this for my toddler who is in daycare. I have to say, I love the chill insert and the mess free compartments. I keeps all the food separate and is very easy to clean. I did some digging prior to buying And at this point don’t regret spending the money. With a all the positive reviews and warranty attached to this, it was a no brained. Bought this a little prematurely for my Pre-K kid, not thinking about how big it would be. Both me and my husband carry it, and it looks like a regular adult-sized backpack. If you're carrying the bag for your kid, it's great. I like that the water bottle holder on the side has a cinch so that you can fit various sized bottles in there. The bottom/flat compartment for the Bentgo box is great. The main compartment is super roomy for extra clothes and anything they bring home from school. I'd recommend for ages 5/6 and up and who are okay with carrying that much. Construction is great. Materials is great. and I've even thrown it in a hand wash/gentle cycle to clean and it's come out just fine.

We are a bentgo box lunchbox family. Every child has one. Every niece and nephew also gets on for their birthdays. It’s a great box that is durable and high quality. It never leaks. My kids love using it and want to eat everything in their boxes! The designs are so cute too. They also have great customer service.

I will be honest, I purchased this bag without much research and thought because of the name brand and I'm a little upset I did. The quality is awesome, there is no question about that but I am regretting (very much) purchasing a backpack with the lunchbag attached on the bottom for a couple of reasons: 1. The bottom takes up room inside the main portion of the bag. My daughter brings home a folder every day (typical size) and you have to push it back behind the zipper for it to sit nicely. It has come home bent a couple of times simply because I have a Kindergartner and she just puts it in (duh) and I don't expect her to have to push back her folder into the backpack--no one should. So, I'm disliking the tight fit of normal-sized items. 2. They obviously don't take their entire backpack to lunch, so she is just carrying the Bentgo lunch container. However, there is no room in the container to have utensils or obviously a drink. That being said, she would have to carry 3 items with her which may not sound difficult, but for a 6 year old it's cumbersome. In hindsight, I should have purchased the single backpack with a separate lunch bag so I would have more room in the pack and so she would be able to carry her drink and utensils in one swoop. As mentioned, GREAT quality, but I regret purchasing this backpack but will have to make due this school year sadly.

Overall great quality. The tray and ice pack comes off for easy cleaning and the ice pack keeps the food fresh and warmer days. I wish the seal on the lid is removable so I could replace it instead of getting a new lunchbox. The lunchbox is a bit heavy for a four year old

I love our bentgo chill box! We get compliments everywhere we take it! I love the integrated ice pack, we don’t like carrying a lunch box so this makes traveling so much easier. No leaks! We have lots of soups for dinner and they do just find in the box and compartment. I recommend 10/10!

I love that the bottom part is insulated for the bentgo to go into or you can clip on the portable zipper lunch box to the handle. The middle zippered area is very spacious and has different compartments for school stuff. My daughter is very excited for the glitter as well! It seems to be a high quality and sturdy backpack

We’ve had our bank go chill for a few months now we do like it. I kind of wish that the compartments were sized a bit differently on the inside. I can’t quite fit a cut sandwich into the one side. But we will use it for cut up fruits and vegetables all the time.

I tried different bento box that durable for my 5 year old kindergarten this is the only one that she brought home from school that didn't break after her day of school. She always breaks her other bento box so easily and this is easy for my 5 year old to open and close the lunch box by herself.

This is a great size for my preschool, she uses it every day. She also prefers to use the removable tray so that she can eat her lunch with the heavy top falling down. We are really disappointed that this lunch box is prone to mold, even after hand washing and using several types of cleaners. I wish that was better.
