I bought a two pack and was really excited to try it, however I’m truly disappointed with it. I started using it for my 7 year old in March and it’s already growing mold and the leakage it’s another solid problem. I had my bentgo kids for two years straight without a problem. I only upgraded as my child grew as well, but without a doubt this was a terrible upgrade. I think it is better to try a different lunchbox and ice pack apart.

We bought ours for the beginning of the school year after a couple years of debating it. Wow! Not only is it amazing for keeping our son’s food at a nice temp in Texas, when our son’s broke at school, we notified Bentgo. They responded quickly and efficiently. Will never buy another lunchbox ever again!

This is a great backpack. It has space for everything my son needs and the lunch compartment on the bottom is very handy. However, the drawstring was very weak. The first time we used it we put a water bottle and gently pulled the drawstring and it detached from the backpack. Customer service has been great and is currently replacing the backpack. Give stars for customer service!

My preschooler loves it! I thought it would be so convenient to have the lunchbox attached to the bookbag. Unfortunately, her school doesn't permit her to carry her bookbag to the cafeteria. Which defeated the purpose of this particular bookbag. However, she still loves it so we had to purchase the lunch bag to match the bookbag. Not the company's fault just her schools policy. I had a small problem with shipping but the customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!

I have been using these Bentgo Chill Lunch Boxes for three years now. And love everything about them. Stay cold for long periods, easy for picky eaters to not get food touching, Great for babies as well as toddler, the list goes on and on as to why I like these. Recently, one of our 7 Bentgo Lunchboxes broke and it was so easy to get replaced. Simply called the costomer service, they looked up my email address and found my order, they send me an email where I attached a picture, then the replacement will come in mail. So easy! Thank you Bentgo. I can't wait to continue to use your products.

I bought the chill lunchbox and snack container a few weeks ago and love the product. The rubberized inside helps keep anything sticky or liquid (like the liquid from washed and cut strawberries) from seeping out. Do pay attention to the washing instructions though! The plastic does warp easily. Customer service was very helpful in assisting me with an issue I had.

We bough 2 of the same Bentgo boxes for our daughters to use for school lunches. We loved how much space there was and how durable they were. The girls would drop their lunchboxes several times during the day and these withstood it all. Unfortunately, towards the end of the school year we started to notice some mold growing on the seal of the lid and on the corners of the container itself. We have NEVER washed the lunch boxes in the dishwasher, ALWAYS hand wash and when storing them away we would make sure they were completely dry to not trap any moisture. We stopped using them for health reasons but would still buy the product again, which we did the following school year but THOSE Bentgo boxes unfortunately would stop being able to stay shut about halfway during the school year.

We bought this lunch box a year ago and the latch stopped working. Contacted customer service and received a quick response from a representative named Scott. Scott was so helpful and understanding! He offered to replace our lunch box and send it to us promptly. We are grateful to bentgo for excellent customer service!

My son loves his bentgo it keeps his food cool on the hot days. He has is always a little ruff with his things and unfortunately it broke. But with the great customer service bentgo has they were able to replace it. I am a happy customer and will continue to by these lunch boxes

We bought 2 of these to try after hearing great reviews. Unfortunately, upon receiving the products, one product had the wrong insert in the box. I contacted customer service and they were very quick to fix the problem. They even allow us to keep the wrong product. We look forward to trying these kids lunchboxes.
