[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My skin has become very sensitive over the last few years. Downy Free & Gentle has been great! Downy Free & Gentle is gentle on my skin and provides my laundry with the protection that it needs.

I have arthritis in my hands. The large lay it on the thin side with the spigot was wonderful for me. It fit wonderfully in my cabinet over the washer and the spigot made it easier on my wrists. WHAT HAPPENED WHERE IT IS? i can't find it anywhere

I agree with the previous posts that the consistency is like pudding. It clogged up the softener container on my washer. I have added water to the product and hope it works better next time I use it.

After tyring just about every product out there I have to ask,"is there anything other than Downy really ?"

This works great. A big bottle lasts a long time. I use this for my children's laundry. Its free of dyes and perfumes.

This product has destroyed my laundry.....everything is rough ....not soft ....it makes everything feel like sand paper

This fabric softener is so thick it pours into washer dispenserIn clumps and won't filter through the dispensers it gets clogged

i love the smell of downy as well as the softness on my clothing. i choose not to use any other product but downy.

The only fabric softener that I use in my house. I’ve tried other sensitive brands but nothing compares.
