[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've always loved Downy but had never tried Free & Gentle. What a great product! No strong scents, just soft, less wrinkled clothing! I highly recommend Ultra Downy Free & Gentle.

My family will use the unstoppables, then turn around and use an unseen Ted fabric softener, especially my husband. He gets fragrance-sensitive at times. This fabric softener works great and our clothes are so soft!!!

We use Downy sometimes. We have a couple of people with sensitive skin in our family and this doesn't cause any allergic reactions. It's gentle and gets the job done.

I don't know what you did to the formula of this, but it is pure junk now! It congeals and is unusable. This used to be a good product. Whatever you changed in the formula, unchange it!

I'm not that old but I tried and tried until my hand hurt to open Downy fabric softener cap. Tried using different methods. Proctor & Gamble call center closed today - will call them tomorrow to see what they suggest.
