I am allergic to strong perfumes, candles, cleaning agents, detergents, just ANYTHING with a strong scent makes my allergies go wild. This fabric conditioner keeps my clothes soft and my allergies away! Perfection.

It had no scent to it which I know that is what it says but I have to admit I am a big fan of the Downy smell. Aside from the scent I loved it. If you can do without the scent then this is the one for you I promise you will not be disappointed

I'd rather much prefer a fabric softener to make my clothes feel softer than to smell too strong and artificial. Often times just one cup of the other heavily perfumed dyes were too much and irritated those around me with their heavy scents. I have grown to become sensitive to most of these scents and prefer lighter scents or just something natural altogether. I found Downy Free and Gentle to be a breath of fresh air - literally! It left my clothes feeling soft and there was no irritation from the lack of heavy perfume! I will definitely buy and would recommend to a friend - especially those who are allergic to perfumes.

Downy if I could some it up is the closest thing to heaven. It gets your clothes feeling soft, and cozy, with a clean fresh scent. What else can you ask for than having richness such as this? Downy's purpose was just that, to give people a sense of comfort-ability to your own home. You don't have to travel far in order to get good quality brought to your own home. So don't hesitate in purchasing the right stuff in making your days filled with the comfort you've been waiting for!

Our grandchildren love the softness against their skin and like to cuddle up in their blanket with Downy Free and Gentle. I like that they wont get a rash with Downy !

This product has been a welcome addition to my laundry routine, very, very satisfied with the results! My clothes are softer and less wrinkled right out of the dryer. I highly recommend this product.

I have been using Downy Free & Sensitive for a very long time. Years to be exact. It was wonderful, but then I got some of it in the brand new bottle with the label change, depicting the almost rose-like graphic on the front, and now the fabric softener is awful. It's like water. It's almost transparent it is so thin. Not only that, but even using a full cap my clothes did not come out soft and static free like they usually do. My clothes felt like I had used no fabric softener at all. We have winter sensitive skin here. We NEED soft clothes, otherwise we're in itchy misery. I don't understand why I paid for an obviously substandard, watered down version of what I use to use. I understand the economy isn't so great, but come on! This is a rip off! Please change the Downy Free & Sensitive back to the normal fabric softener it use to be only weeks ago when it still worked!

I’ve used and trusted Downy for years and this product works excellent to get rid of static cling and my clothes were very soft. There’s no heavy fragrance so no irritation on sensitive skin. I am so allergic to dye, perfumes & many other things & Downey is a life saver for me. I have tried others & they didn't work for me. It use to be hard to find the Downey free in the high desert were we live but now I don't have any trouble. I have had such good luck. I just wish they made it in a dryer sheet. That would make my day.
