Horrible printer. It is VERY slow. It sounds like an old laser printer from years ago going back and forth. It takes forever to print one page! Not happy at all with this printer. Very disappointed.

Very unpleased with 2 sided print being "manual." I just assumed it would be automatic since my previous HP ENVY 4512 was. Print speed is rediculously slow.

This is an excellent printer BUT some of the paper I use is printer-compatible but 12" wide and it won't fit in the paper feeder. I wish I had realized this before I purchased it.

I have loved HP for many years but was disappointed on this one. Very hard to set up and you get it to print one minute but not the next

I have had it about a week. Have only been using it for 2 days. Had to wait for my son to come & hook it up for me.

It's alright. Not really what I expected for the money. The one it replaced (8610) was much better, and cheaper.

Extreme difficulty connecting to the printer to print documents. Unable to print excel and word documents. Can only print PDFs.

Easy to set-up instructions. Good black /white and color print. Also bought a HP computer and they work beautifully together.

It was the simplest process for installing a printer I've ever had. And the print quality is excellent.
