[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This printer is awesome. It’s not my first HP so when I downloaded the app it automatically found my previous account and added this printer to it. I do admit having some confusion while setting it up but the instructions that came with it along with the app walking me through it I was printing the same day. I was initially concerned that it would be difficult to filling the ink into the cartridges but my fears were unfounded. It’s literally just open the bottle, place it in the corresponding color compartment and over the pin until you hear a faint click. It then fills itself ! The color bottles are used completely and the black is about 1/2 of the bottle ( because most people usually use much more black than colors. The print heads were clearly explained and easy to attach. I printed several items the day I received my printer and scanned one document so I could give someone a copy of a needed document. The ink should last about two years and the refill bottles are very fairly priced. I feel you can’t go wrong getting this printer.

I love that this printer does not take cartridges. It was super easy to set up and filling the ink reservoir was straightforward. I am so happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As long as you follow the instructions, setup is really easy. The hard part was making sure all the drivers were installed correctly. I'm in the middle of printing something for work and it just quit printing. I may not be the most tech savvy, but I'm decent. After a lot of research, I ended up having to uninstall the drivers and completely reinstall everything to get the error cleared. Once that was done, it's worked like a charm every sense. The color prints come out clear and crisp, as do the black copies. It's not the fastest printer I've had but I would definitely recommend checking it out if you need a printer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have just received and unboxed the printer. Refillable ink tanks are the future of home printing. With the ability to print over 3000 Pages this is perfect. I also like the versatility of being able to replace the printer heads. The printer comes with all you need to start. The wifi connectivity is a must as we share the printer my wife, daughters and I. The speed and print quality are quite good, as expected from HP.

It was a nice looking printer. But it wasn’t compatible with my new HP computer. It was compatible with my iPad. It should have been the other way. I sent it back to HP.

Great print quality, easy set up, but a bit clunky. And I wish it had an option for a document handler; scanning one page at a time is tedious. But I guess that's on me, isn't it? All in all, a good product at a fair price.

I have had my new printer HP smart tank 5000 for a few weeks now. So far it is doing exactly what I was hoping for. The colour is good and prints on demand and quickly. So far I’m liking it! Would definitely recommend this printer

Nice sized printer/scanner/copier. Love the idea of refill ink rather than buying cartridges. Set up was frustrating. It went fine for printing, however I had to eventually download a driver for the scanner to work. Produces good quality prints.

Great little printer. Only used for a month and it is working great. No issues yet. Easy to hook up to computer, easy to fill/refill the ink tanks. Print jobs are coming out and looking good.

Your Smart Tank, is a great product, but the printer developed to support it not capable of the task. I returned this product, and purchased a Jet Pro 8153e
