The system is really cool and works pretty well. The reason my rating isn't higher is technically due to my living room configuration. I have tall pole lamps on either side of my TV that stay on during the day causing the DreamView to not change colors accurately with the screen and sometimes not at all.

Installation was easy if not a little janky. The software is a little wanting, and after calibrating I found one of the corners wandered a bit. You can re-calibrate without using the orange markers. I have a living room with skylights. During the day when you can't see the LEDs well anyway, the camera picks up reflections on the tv screen and throws everything off. At night or in a dark room and everything is awesome. Consider that. I tested with John Wick movies and the effect was astonishing. It's wonderful and keeps up with scene changes pretty well. I am very happy so far.

Govee seems to be a high quality product. I just don't like the camera above my TV. I personally get distracted by it. Especially when playing video games. I loved it to my tv stand, below the TV, which is not recommended. So I'm not getting 100% proper functionality, but it does still work.

Love these lights. Mounted the camera under the TV on the stand to get a better survey of the screen. Took the advice from others and turned the saturation down. Lights don't sink 100% to what is on screen at all times, but for this price they are pretty darned good. Highly recommend.

It works as expected, but the only thing i have to complaint is about the length of the lights. for 55 inch tv is perfect, but nothing for 50 inch tv. of course my lights broke already because i tried to put on a 50 inch tv. i need to get a replacement for at least for a 50 inch tv and i can't see anything in website.

Amazingly quick setup, controller response time, features for Smart TV's and SO much better than the Nanoleaf 4D entirely. An app that works how it should, not needing constant addition/deletion of devices. Once I found the "Cinema" feature in DreamView, it provided better color/screen accuracy than the Nanoleaf 4D which needed constant changes and couldn't quite match the true on-screen colors. I love how easy this controller makes things vs not even being able to connect the Nanoleaf device with the required model specific code. The Warm White diode and the app's ease with screen configuration make this hassle-free (especially with the orange squares they provide)! Showing the cameras view into a "true" rectangle after configuration surprised me as it had completely cropped the TV perfectly. I HIGHLY recommend any owner to use the orange squares for calibration, as jt saves much time. I can't express enough how much better the color mixing is due to not needing to create a "white" light since the T3 has the Warm White diode. This means less of the strip needs to be used to more accurately blend the needed colors. The Nanoleaf 4D cannot provide a range of brown-tan colors due to missing this white diode. The same holds true for colors with deep hues I.e. Minion. The color depth is stronger than anticipated after using the Nanoleaf. I didn't know strips could be so powerful.

This is my second GoVee device and overall a pretty good experience. We purchased this one due to the dual camera upgrade thinking it would also be an increase in quality and I'm sorry to say that isn't the case. After multiple recalibrations colors in some areas are way off and it's disappointing. Unfortunately I'd just stick with the DreamView T1 instead of paying extra for the T2.

So far I am not really pleased with the way the system lights up and that was supposed to have been improved because for the additional lights that the T2 system has. The system appears to lack the brightness for larger tvs. Seems to be over priced for lackluster visual effect.

Pros: Excellent customer service(replacing a faulty part that caused the immersion lights to not fully turn off.) Very responsive lighting to scene changes in movies or shows. Easy to customize with different options Interface on the app was really easy to navigate around. Cons: The lights seemed like they were made for a 65 inch tv. So it was a bit weird to stick to my 55 inch. Faulty plug that caused it to have a piece that didnt turn off unless you unplugged it(Still waiting for the part being sent in to see if it fixes) Saturation was a bit too high when i first turned it on so the colors were always too intense. Turn the saturation lower to get a better background feel. Overall cool product, fast customer service, just wish it came to me in perfect condition without any need for a fix.
