Tena has the best underwear fit is great, protection is the best and when wearing have great confidence that I will not have any moisture leaks. Only problem is there a bit expensive.

Have better confidence at night against leakage. Also, if you are going to be gone for longer than a few hours during the day gives me more confidence, and I use an overnight pad too.

It fulfilled what was advertised, However, when sleeping on the left side it did leak. Sleeping on the back, or on the right side was OK ! No leaks there. Overall, best for me !

I have ordered these for my mother. She said these are the best brand she has ever used. The underwear pulls moisture away from your body very effectively. I highly recommend this product although it is rather expensive.
