Have better confidence at night against leakage. Also, if you are going to be gone for longer than a few hours during the day gives me more confidence, and I use an overnight pad too.

It fulfilled what was advertised, However, when sleeping on the left side it did leak. Sleeping on the back, or on the right side was OK ! No leaks there. Overall, best for me !

While not nearly as good as the products sold online or at medical supply stores this is better than most others. Leak guards make a big difference in effectiveness vs the big seller.

The briefs fit nice, no one knows I am wearing one, absorbency is perfect with no leaks, the underwear does not fit to tight at groin area and they are easy on and off.

I have ordered these for my mother. She said these are the best brand she has ever used. The underwear pulls moisture away from your body very effectively. I highly recommend this product although it is rather expensive.
