These Tena sensitive overnight Incontinance underwear are the perfect size %26 fit for me, I wear a XXL. They are very absorbent, hold a lot of liquid %26 leave me dry with the top layer keeping the moisture away until I can change them. They are the widest and cover all of me so I have no leaks which is absolutely amazing %26 gives me the confidence I need to have when I'm going out. The material is so soft %26 very comfortable. They do not chafe my skin or cause any irritation at all. I highly recommend these overnight underwear over any of the other brands I have used. Breathability is what brought me to TENA and this diaper does good job day/night for mom with advanced Alzheimer's. She still has urge to toilet so if was fully incontinent not sure but these do great job now.

these underware have a wide crotch so there isn't any leaks down your leg. The biggest complaint I have is they need to enlarge the butt portion of the underware

Haven't noticed a significant difference in the "sensitive " material feeling. However, now that Tena has finalized their sizing fiasco,I have finally found a well fit proper size .

This item holds a large amount of urine without leaking. I have cancer and have developed severe urinary incontinence and these work better than anything I've tried.

the senistive diapers are fit very well my mom says i purrchase these for her theyyare the Only diapers i have fOund that comes in extra large size 3x the only diapers now she will wear thank you walmart for selling a extra large.

I love this product, it fits nicer than any other brand. It's the only one that I want to use when I need to. It's comfortable to wear and you don't feel like you're wearing diapers. I just wish it came in a different color.

A little expensive but easier than the alternative of clean up. They seem to be about the best absorption. We use them mostly at night. Nice and easy to have delivered but a little puzzled why they can’t be bought in store. The best in store just don’t compare. But again they are a little pricey compared.

I just realized I got cheated out of 8 peices. It has always been 56 peices. Now only 48. I will go back to buying another brand from the store. Don't get greedy. People who buy these have limited income. I can't afford it

No receiving yet ( the picture on the chair is from a different package , which doesn't look like the one I was looking for , much bigger than the one pictured . Mine was 53.97 price tag . Still waiting for a replacement!!!
