This item is a product that is finally being made as disposable underpants to fit a small size, making them like pull up pants, that fit, instead of the v shape back underpants that claim to fit under clothes and end up leaking, as they don't fit. The issue is to prevent incontinence leakage, which can drain down your legs, if the fit does not cover your buttocks properly. These pants actually do cover a small buttocks, thus prevent leakage. Super absorbency is also important. I did have to insert additional pads inside the underwear for increased absorption. Another comment is that I only found this product, which I had delivered, available with several individual packages in a box, which enables me to have them in hand. I did not see any individual packages available, which would have been helpful as well, in case I ended up purchasing the item directly at the store and/or on line.

Beware , the Small size is much smaller. I tried one last night, fits too tight on my hips and thighs ( 5’5”, 136 lbs) and there’s more absorptive padding than the previous ‘model’ making it uncomfortable because it bunched in the middle. I have to return the remaining packs. Not sure if Tena discontinued the original fit, or if Walmart just changed to this new one.

Tena is the.best incontinence support I have found . They are support you can depend on.I don't have any problems with leakage, the. fit is great. they're very comfortable and don't bunch up .I have been wearing them for quitte few years and won't use anything else.

I absolutely love these pull-up diapers. Lots of padding and very comfortable. Have worn them for many years with great success and they leave me worry free. I hope Tena never stops making them. I only wear this type for daytime, as I wear cloth diapers and plastic pants overnight, therefore I have no recommendation to wear them at nighttime. Thanks Ken

they are the best for not leaking and the design is meant for bladder problems like I have I cannot hold it in due to lymphoma that's on my stomach and pushes my bladder when I stand up unfortunately they are hard to get and I will never use a third party through Walmart again too many problems getting out product and it takes forever I hope Walmart can carry more of this product so when I need to reorder it's sent to me within days instead of weeks with the third party

My wife is in poor health and it is hard for her to make it to the bathroom. Especially during night hours. They are very aborbent and can hold a large quanity without leakage, We have tried other brands but these have proven to be the best. they may seem a bit pricey, but they are worth every cent paid.

I get these overnight pull-ups for my adult handicapped daughter. These work great, as they are easy on and off (I pull the side seam to release the diaper in the morning). I highly recommend this product. My daughter is about 107 lbs, 5'2" and this size fits great

I have bought Tena product for years. When sizing changed I bought X-L rather than L, and was good. I have lost weight and the X-L are falling down and not fitting. So, I bought Large and they are so small I can't pull them up. Tiny little things! Are they the old large before change was made? There should be a product between the X-L I am wearing that is too big. And the L that I received. Like the product but may have to change to get a proper and comfortable fit.

They were very uncomfortable. I'd say over have we had to remove the blue stitching on them. They would hurt your skin.
