I have been trying all kinds of brands to find one that fits and is absorbent. Depends does not fit at all.. These Are large and absorbent And I wear the overnights in the daytime too. But I honestly wish There Was a brand even more absorbent because I have also been putting in 2 poise pads To be even more secure.

This product is for my mother. She has tried many different brands of overnight underwear but prefers TENA. The TENA underwear is more secure and leak resistant than other brands. The only improvement suggestion is to consider lowering the price for senior citizens who are on a fixed budget.

Here again my wife and I both use the over night under for our daily needs. We both are very satisfied. In the past we find that the TENA brand is the best. This underwear i especially like because of the wider crotch area to handle putting the overnight pads for extra leakage protection.

I’ve been using this Tena brand for the last 4 yrs. I won’t have it no other way. I urinate quite often since my stroke. I don’t get up no more in the middle of the night. This is definitely life changing for me. It has gotten so bad when I take my legs out if the bed it’s started streaming down I can’t never make it to the bathroom. This is my first time ordering 80 count. It’s 10 per bag. I normally get 64 count. I’m very happy. I thought it was misprint but I went in and ordered them anyway. Please Walmart make this a priority item for every incontinent person out there. This is best brand out there, and it holds at least 9 or 10 oz of urine. I’ve used a lot of brands but none of them compare to these. Walmart is the only one that sells this brand online that I can use my health benefit card. Thank you and keep in stock please.

I have used all brands of women's underwear and TENA is the best there is. It has a great leg guards that is not only one elastic guard but several that prevents ANY leakage at all overnight. Great product. For anyone with incontinence, this is the only one to buy. If you can't find it in stores, order it online or call and order it. It comes in about 2 days. Great customer service!

There's no indication on the packaging to say that the item is hip hugging as opposed to regular, to the waste panties. You can't tell by the picture, and the measurements, which you would expect to be more generous at the hip, are actually several inches smaller. Again, this is impossible to see on the picture. Though i usually like the tena regular large panty size, i do not like the hip huggers.

I have a real issue with a leaky bladder. This has become a real issue when I am sitting in a dentist chair, and have to be excused to go urinate halfway through my appointment. These "panties" are wonderful! I can sit through the appointment, and any leaking is caught and more than adequately contained in the panties....same results with shopping sprees...I can get through my grocery shopping without wetting myself, how embarrassed I have been! Shopping is again an event I can look forward to, as well as lunch in the park, etc.... Even when shopping in department stores, I have wet all over myself trying to get to the restrooms which are always at the farthest corner of the store! Thank you so much for providing me with a wonderful solution to my problem, allowing me to once again enjoy my Tuesdays and Thursdays out with my cousin, as well as being able to sit for an hour in the dentist chair for dental work I am having done!

This is the best overnight incontinence underwear. I do not experience leaks, movement of the underwear or any skin irritation. I can rely on Tena Sensitive Overnights to create a good morning to each new day! In fact, I use them during the day when I have to be certain there will not be an unforeseen accident due to my bladder issues. The only negative issue with this product is the new sizing; however, now that I know I need the larger size (XXL) I order that.

My Mom has started using these underwear and loves them! They are soft, comfortable and super absorbent. Dry sheets and much restored dignity to my sweet 89 year old!! Thank you!! She likes them so much we signed up for home delivery. A superior product!!
